I love living in these apartments and have done so for about 4 months now. The property is always clean and well maintained. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, it is resolved either the very next day or within 2 days. I have never waited more than 2 days for a maintenance request. The rent does not go up, and the rates are very reasonable for this area.

DON’T BELIEVE THE ABOVE RATING. I lived here 14 years the new manager is RUDE and not very nice. Just moved out couldn’t deal with her any longer. First they took away our cable so we had to pay but no reduction in rent. Then they moved my parking from a well lighted spot to the back of the building. The office is never open and to top it off they wanted to raise my rent, could you believe it. AFTER 14 years that is what happened to me. It seems they want all the older residents out so that they can raise the rent just wrong. DON’T RENT HERE the building is not newer but built in 1978.
