Zero stars. This place is disgusting. I just bought a chicken salad and there was strands of hair cooked into the chicken. Look at the picture. I’m sick to my stomach. I want my money back. I tried to call to get my money back and no one is answering the phone. So disgusting.

When I come here I just use the drive thru and my experience usually isn’t that bad. One time just recently I ordered a regular six dollar burger and a ding dong ice cream sandwich. I figured I would try something new with the ding dong so that’s what I did. The burger was alright it was a little better than In and Out but not better than The Red Rooster burger which is a tasty burger.
The ding dong ice cream sandwich was alright nothing special. When the female employee was giving me the ice cream sandwich she said here’s your ding dong. I was thinking real funny but just give me my ice cream sandwich. Fast forward to the next day my stomach wasn’t doing that great and I would probably say it was the burger.
This CJ isn’t all bad but you never know what type of service or food quality you will get. Eat at your own risk!

Came in today with my wife, order was for a double western, and a spicy chicken. Had a coupon for a dollar off the deal which expired today. Manager refused coupon and canceled my end of the order. In other words my wife got her sandwich I didn’t. When I asked to see the receipt manager asked me to leave with my wife trying to eat her sandwich. My wife and I are normally fans of your restaurants but will not be returning to this one.

Thru my travels I happened to have the opportunity to have breakfast here. I was not dissapointed with my choice, the Breakfast Burger. It was very tasty and the hash browns complemented the sandwich!

The fries are always really hot here, like yeah I have to wait a few minutes I eat them but I prefer that to having them be room temperature haha. I got chicken tenders and a burger for me and my mom. Both were very delicious and well made. The soda machine was kinda busted.

Came here in earlier in the year, and ordered EIGHT sausage egg and cheese biscuits for the guys at work. Told to wait in parking lot as I’m assuming they’re making the entire lot fresh.
Cashier very apologetic, but that didn’t fix missing orders.
Dinner and lunch maybe. Breakfast, this place is all sorts of fail. Lady forgot ²⁄₈ but gave a free cup of OJ. Never again for breakfast

Every time I go there they get my order wrong. Simple as that. Get it right people!

They would do well to make sure there is at least one English speaking person on each shift.

It appears there are all new employees at this location, so the service and food quality has improved

Breakfast its great. Costumer services its ok, But they take for ever to get the order & you have to keep repeating your order couple times. They seem to rush so much & give a poor costumer service. But after all, its ok. They could do better thou!

From the service to the staff. Great tasting food and great service. Very nice to see a place that does it right. Too bad they are not near me.

as a person who generally doesnt eat fast food and who had never been to a carl’s jr before– i enjoyed this. :) I just got a cheeseburger and fries but it was good. I also like how they bring you your food. I hate hovering around the counter!

At approx. 2:30 am, myself and my ambulance crew stopped by the get a bite to eat. Because our ambulance wouldn’t fit through the drive through, we called and asked if they could serve us. They said unless we had a vehicle, that fit through the drive through, they couldn’t help us. I have NEVER seen such poor customer service and disregard for those that serve the community.

First time going to this Carl’s Jr and my first impression was not very good. One, the chips on the nachos I bought were stale. Two, the Western Bacon Burgers I ordered contained only one piece of onion ring. How cheap! I have had many Western Bacon Burgers before and that was probably the most dissatisfying one. Then, they charged me a SVC fee for using my card. Never experienced that before. I completely understand that it’s a fast food joint so you shouldn’t expect much but when I’m paying $ 13 for two burgers and a nacho can I at least get my hard earned money’s worth. I don’t want stale NACHOS! Thumbs down.

If I could give negative stars I would. Check their pictures, you can see for yourself they dropped my burger on the ground and still served it to me… through the drive through.. at least I was eating in the parking lot… so it was a short walk to the counter. Normally I wouldnt go this far making a review… but when they were making my meal over again they were laughing and talking $h!t (in spanish) ya white boy new what was said. After inspecting my new meal I discovered an open pack of catsup in my french fries… WTF… I will never go back here. And neither should you.

The food is great. Service, not so much.
I understand that when I go drive-​thru, they’re gonna try to sell me food I possibly don’t want, but when I’m ordering, wait until I tell you I’m done with my order. Geez, it wasn’t even Rush Hour.

10 – 15 years ago I would always eat at Carls Jr and I’d eat inside and the bathrooms were a mess. 3 renovations and I no longer eat inside, only drive through and only late night and the bathroom is still disgusting. Revolving door of employees, but I like how the menu is streetside, well lit and easy to read. If I don’t bring their food home I usually eat outside my car in their pretty dirty parking lot.
