Sandra is such an amazing massage therapist. She is amazing at deep tissue and you can sense that she’s got wonderful healing energy. She really knows how to find those tough spots and work them out. I highly recommend her for your next massage! She also knows other modalities if you are looking for Pranic Healing or Reiki Energy Healing. She is just wonderful.

Had a Swedish Massage from Neya today and wow what a blessing. I live in chronic pain and my body actually let out a sigh of relief as she was working on me. I am so glad I bought a 10 pack of massages from her. I am so looking forward to the rest of them. Thanks Neya for blessing me with the gifts that He has given you and from the fruits of the labor of your hands I had a very good day today!!!

Excellent. Fantastic. Professional. I want more!!! Had a great session with Laura and asked her to work on specific areas– she did and WOW I Loved her work! I went on a Groupon and have had many a poor massage experience– but it seems Catalyst Massage hires the most professional and qualified. Because when your body needs it, why fool around… get the best!
Thanks Laura I’ll be seeing ya again… telling my Virginia friend ’bout ya!

Best massage EVER! Sandra’s energy is amazing. She read my body well and focused on all the right spots. I hadn’t been able to stretch my leg straight for years but was finally able to after Sandra worked on my IT band. She truly is a powerful medicine woman.

I got a coupon on Groupon. I tried calling multiple times. The first time I left a message and never received a call back. After that, I went straight to voicemail and it said their voicemail was full. I tried their contact form on the webpage. They told me they couldn’t do appointments through email, but I should call to set up an appointment… In the end I just got a refund from Groupon.

I have had several massages by Neya. She is awesome! Very strong hands, and great pressure. She knows many styles and gives an amazing massage!
She is always professional, and doesn’t chat through the massage! I fell asleep once!
I bought the 3 or 4 massage Special and I really enjoyed it! Highly recommend this business!

Massage from Neya is a highlight for me each month for over a year now. She has been instrumental in fixing my numb fingers and working out knots in my muscles that pop up from time to time. If you are looking for a solid massage, look no further. Get a massage that will make u drool.

Laura was my masseuse.
She got to work on my legs and within minutes I felt better. I ended up leaving there feeling like a brand-​new person. She is a wonderful masseuse and is great at her job. She gave me advice on how to prevent my legs getting to that point again. I felt like she really cared about me not getting injured. Her advice that was given to me has been working out great for me and my runs. Although I ended up showing up as a last resort. Because I had been running a lot and my legs were burnt out. I showed up without an appointment and I was accommodated. highly recommend to make an appointment, Not because they will not accommodate you but because I felt bad keeping them there late. Laura thank you very much for helping me out, although I do not live close I will definitely be returning it is worth the drive.

I am a longtime martial artist and bodybuilder. I have abused my body for 40 years and had been to other massage specialists with no results. Neya is superbly skilled and was able to free me from chronic pain in just a few sessions. My workouts improved, my sleep was better overnight. She knows what she’s doing.
The atmosphere is pleasant and has a peaceful, serene feel to it. Its quiet, clean, and smells nice.
She charges way too little for her level of skill, experience, and what she offers, but Im not complaining.

I recently had a massage from Neya and it was wonderful. She asked the right questions to find out why I was there and where the pain was so she could concentrate and recommend on those specific issues. I have had many massages so I know the difference.
Catalyst was very clean and comfortable and she was right on time. I would recommend anyone looking for a great massage experience to give them a call. They have many different types of massages and packages and also half off a treatment of their choice each month. I was so relaxed when I left there and it lasted all weekend. Great job because that is not easy.

I recently visited Catalyst Massage in my hometown of Oceanside. Brandon was my therapist and was exceptional in every way. My main complaint was muscle tightness all around my recent rotator cuff injury. His expert knowledge of human physiology found problems where they existed, and without discomfort to me, worked them out. I felt refreshed and so much better when I left. This is an awesome small business that needs our support!

I’ve never bothered to write a Unilocal review before meeting Sandra and experiencing her deep tissue massages. This time I decided it would be worth the effort.
I have tried many other places before (both small boutique and chain) and none have been as accommodating and relieving! I’ve always had intense knots in my back and shoulder blades, but she has figured out how to bet alleviate them.
This is the first time I’ve bothered to stick with one therapist and I’ve made sure to buy the package deals that she offers. She always makes sure to ask what areas to focus on, and follows up on how I’ve felt before and after the massage. Her happy personality, enthusiasm and ability to vary deep tissue pressures makes it all the more enjoyable. 100% recommend.

I’ve recently started crossfit & have been experiencing a lot of tightness all over, mostly in my back. I found an offer on groupon for for and hour deep tissue massage & it was amazing.
Neya was my massage therapist & was really knowledgable & accommodating. She adjusts her pressure according to what you can handle & picks up on whether or not you’re a chatty client.
Catalyst was in a smal building, so there was no suite dedicated to the business, it’s just a room in a hallway. There was some noise from the hall and from cars on the street, not a big deal to me, but o know it’d be a deal breaker for others.
It was an overall enjoyable experience & my back felt great afterwards. My only con is I wish I had more time :(I’ll definitely be going back though!
