Gas prices are fair for his area. Hey have fresh muffins.
Gas is priced based in credit or debit.
If spending less than 5 dollars at register they want to charge you 55 cents for transaction fee. It’s 2015 people get a new merchant if this is really an issue.
I will never return here for gas or anything because of .55.
Is it really worth losing a customer for life over when your in such a competitive business.

Asked on the screen if I wanted a receipt for my gas. I pressed YES. It never printed. I went in and asked for a printed receipt and the clerk asked me for my credit card. I said I wasn’t giving him my card for him to swipe again. Said it was the only way to find my receipt as there is 100 receipts in the system. Told home that the manager in the morning has never asked for my credit card to print me a receipt. He then asked me for my phone number and he would call me in the morning when she could give me a receipt.
I have never been asked for my card to find my receipt.
I will never get gas here again. Pay a little more next door and go to 7 eleven.

We went to purchase ONLY one gallon of gas. The attendant withdrew $ 100 of cash from our debit card after we left. The bank called us based on suspicious activity. We called Circle K to inform management them if the fraudulent transaction. They said my bank can refund the money. THIS CIRCLE K IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS & STEALING THEIR MONEY!!! #unbelievable

Full disclosure… I live in the neighborhood and this is the place I get my gas. What I like… I like the store owner, the gas is good, and its priced lower than the other 2 gas station on adjacent corners. The woman that owns this Circle K has always been friendly and professional to me. I have not had to deal with any other employees so I can speak to some of the low reviews. They offer fresh fruit, muffins — its a nice convenience store that serves a good cup of coffee.
Tip 1 — There are two prices — one for cash/​debit and the other for credit. You must push debit on the gas pump screen. Do not just slide your debit card because it defaults to processing it as a credit card.
Tip 2 — There isn’t a customer/​public bathroom and understandably so because it would allow people access to the back areas of the business. So, it is what it is. There is a restaurant next door and across the street.

No restroom for patrons. Got gas on hands. Where do the clerks go?. Not a service station in my opinion.

I live nearby and I have no problem with any day shift employees. They’re always nice, but I avoid the night shift likr the plague. I have so many horrible words to describe the jerk that works every night to early morn shift, but im sure I gotta keepthis g rated. When I go to 711 across the street to say hi to friends that work there, once in a while someone will cross to the 711 from the circle k because they found out what a pain in the butt he is. Ive whitnessed it at least a dozen times. Thats what this whole reviews about. I ran into him again and it motivated me to come and say that in the world of Unilocal,he equals the absense of 5 stars, however you can’t give a negative score. So if you gotta get to this circle k, get out before 10 pm. Idk how this guy still has a job. And I’m sure every local agrees. He could be super productive for all I know, but put an ad up for a new worker and 1outa 10 will be just as good a worker minus the horrible personality. He’s losing the company money, and thats the truth. I’ve dealt with lame customer service plenty of times as we all have. I usually rub it off like the employee had a bad day. Not this guy. He’s the god of terrible customer service, and im sure hes a terrible person to be around all the time. I’d give examples of my personal experience, but that would turn this already long review into a book. Im not exaggerating about this person and I’ve had enough. Get someone new, anyone, and ill start coming back, and change my star rating. This dude doesn’t deserve his paycheck.

Just your regular gas station/​convenience store but deserved a review for having the best cappuccino!
This was my second stop on my quest for a Blueberry Crumble Cappuccino. I’m not sure why there are two Circle Ks within a few blocks from one another, but in this case it was great!
Circle K has really stepped it up with their coffee/​cappuccino bar. Different flavors (including York peppermint patty-​yes please!), marshmallows, cookie crumbles, cinnamon sugar, chocolate and caramel syrup… Nom.

The man at the register tried to steal money from me when I stopped for gas. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. There are 2 gas stations across the street.
Here’s what happened — stopped in on a motorcycle to fill up the bike on the way home from Encinitas last week. I was the passenger, so the driver was pumping gas — I walked in and handed the RUDE man at the register a 20.00. He spoke not a word, but started ringing me up. Another customer came in — a guy. We both stood there being ignored. Finally the employee (I got owner/​manager sense from him??) looked up at me and said «OK, you paid». I asked how much the bike held. He said «Twenty even». I replied «That bike doesn’t hold twenty.» He repeated «Twenty dollars even» and started ringing up the other customer.
I knew he was lying, but I stuck my head out the door. «How much did it hold?, I asked». «Still pumping» was the reply. ” REALLY!!! I turned around and the other customer exited the store and said to me — This guy is a real «EXPLITIVE%@*#», he always is. I confronted him and said why did you tell me my bike held twenty dollars in gas? I don’t appreciate you lying, and trying to cheat me.” He stared blankly. I went outside to seewhat the bike held. 10.93. I walked in and said «Let’s try 10.93 — I need my change. That’s a motorcycle — they don’t hold that much gas. I am going to post this experience on Unilocal,so everyone will know you are a cheat.»
He thrust my change at me, stared coldly, and I exited.
Once outside 3 other locals said the guy was a total jerk. Why they go there is totally beyond me.
NEVER go here. I am only giving it one star because there is no negative star choice.

They typically have great specials on beef jerky. Mmmmm
