I can not stress enough how great this place is! I moved here about a year ago and it sucked leaving my old crossfit gym. The friends, coaching and community, I thought i would never find that again. I tried a few local places but nothing felt right, then I came to Crossfit Jetty and found all that!
The coaching and programing is some of the best around. Head coach and owner Dennis really cares about his athletes he will help you and guide you through a class. Your ability or fitness level does not matter here. The program can be adapted to your goals. Whether you are looking to lose a couple pounds, maybe run that 5k next month or training for that Iron man THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! There are beginners to elite athletes in every class.
The family atmosphere here is amazing! Everyone wants you to succeed. You will be cheered and encouraged all the way to the end. You have never met a greater group of strangers that you will be glad to call friends
