Low priced, quality service. Spa pedicures starting at $ 21 includes a ten minute massage. Friendly staff, clean products… I love it here.

Ugh stay away. Decided to try as it was next to my hair stylist. Pedicure was rushed and there was a lady next to me screaming in her cell phone — and not even the manager said anything to her. I had to speak up and say — «I didn’t buy a pedicure to listen to her yell». The next part was the gel mani. Her cuticle cutter was old and she was tugging at my cuticles to cut them — like the tool was not sharp enough. The gel polish was old and in 3 days — started to peel and none oft nails were filed straight. I tried to tell the tech to fix but she had no clue what I was saying because she spoke 3 words of English. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here — waste of money!

Crystal nails is right next to the UP salon which I reviewed already and although, I normally go to Rose nails on Brower avenue, I did not want to schlep after I got a very nice cut and style at UP, so I walked in there. I really do not enjoy getting pedicures because I have ingrown toenails that often hurt like hell, so anytime I go, I get really, really nervous to the point of sweating out this torture. The lady who took care of me, Grace, was indeed graceful-​she did not rush through the job, and she was so patient and gentle, I did not feel nervous at all, it was very relaxing. The place is very clean and of course, as they got flooded due to Sandy, it is all upgraded. I think for the first time in many years, I enjoyed the mani/​pedi so I am switching to Crystal now!

Maybe the worst vibe of any nail place I’ve ever been. The lady who did my nails had a nasty nasty attitude. It was bizarre bc I walked in w a smile. (That quickly faded). The annoying part is that she did an amazing job on my nails. If she was one iota nicer, maybe I’d go back. But no. Also really well priced. (20 for gels)
