E-Z Storage

With so many storage facilities to pick from in Oceanside, I felt it was important to call this one out specifically! They have just recently opened and offer everything from packing boxes to RV storage. I found them by Google search and called ahead to hear prices and sizes of packing boxes. Alex answered the phone and patiently went down the list explaining what price and size each were… What impressed me most was how willing he was to put all I needed together and aside so I would be able to quickly pick them up in the morning. arriving the next day, they helped me load the boxes into my car along w/​having the total bill ready! I was packing an apartment that a friend who recently passed away had lived in. The kindness and efficent service was much appreciated considering my circumstance.
I actually brought the un-​used boxes back the following day, and met the Manager named Andrew .It is not their policy to allow and refund for boxes not used but in my case, since mistaken info was given to me Andrew went fwd and took my info needed for sending a check in the amount due.
He did not have to refund my money but in doing so, he now has a loyal customer! Thank you Alex, Andrew, and the remaining employees for all your kindness as well as proving that people can STILL find a buisness w/​integrity these days! Good Luck!
