Horrible Service. I ordered a chile relleno burrito and ¾ of the burrito was bean and cheese and the other ¼ of the burrito was the chile relleno with the stem on it! I’ve never had a burrito this bad, the lady charged us extra for hot sauce and carrots/jalapeños. Do not recommend this place at all.

The food is ok – i’ve tried a few different items on the menu over the years and the quality varies both item to item or day to day. The real reason this place deserves 1 star is because the customer service is absolutely horrible, and the owner has made the place the most uninviting restaurant i’ve ever been in. They seem to exclusively employee extremely unfriendly girls at the counter who could not possibly care less about their crappy jobs or helping customers. The restaurant is covered in tons of handwritten signs(presumably written by the owner) of various«rules» the owner imposes on the customer– it’s very unwelcoming and makes customers feel like invaders in a place of business. There are also ridiculous fees and surcharges like $ 1 for credit/debit, and even worse $ 1FOR A SODAREFILL. Come on man, this is 2016, charging that much for a soda refill is just bad business. Next they’ll be charging customers to use the bathroom. Explains why the place is more or less empty the few times i’ve been in. The food is overpriced trash and the customer service sucks, which in my book makes this place skippable.

Been here twice in the last 3 months and everything that my Fiancée and I have ordered is delish. Originally from LA, which I believe has the best Mexican food, El Bronco is the real deal. Aside from the standard fare, Asada and so forth we tend to order something different to be impartial if there is consistency and there absolutely is. Not everyone can make Menudo without having the lingering smell but here everything about it is perfect. Also, we didn’t get the nice lady’s name but she is awesome and knows how to multi task. I’m not posting any food shots because the colorful menu to order from is truly what it all looks like and in this day and age we should eat and have a conversation while enjoying delish Mexican food and not on our phones being distracted. In this half mile radius there are so many great looking places that are Mom and Pop type restaurants that we will patronize instead of going to the usual chains.

I come here often to eat and I call it a hidden gem with horrible customer The cook is amazing the food is great(Reason why I still eat here) but the service is horrible the lady at register is rude and hates customers from what it look likes my order today was $ 24 and she looked extremely upset that I gave her a $ 50 bill and she had to give me change Then when she brought my food out and the salsas I noticed there was nothing in the red container so I walked up to the counter for another one and she just pointed to the fridge and told me to grab it Very great food horrible service

We’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years and we used to love it. But ever since the new owner took over this place has changed a lot. The food is not as good, they take FOREVER and most of the time they get our order wrong. It’s a shame because this was our favorite place once.

The food is good. Carne asada fries are huge and I always have leftovers! But if you’re a hot sauce lover like myself then go here for the red sauce! Very yummy and spicy, just how i like it! Delicious!

El Bronco is the place we go to for breakfast burritos, rolled tacos and other items that we could get at a few closer Mexican restaurants. However, the other places are sometimes hit or miss. Everything is great at El Bronco and their quality is consistent. I’ve been going there for at least 14 – 15 years. And, additionally, the young ladies working the counter are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast burrito that I bought was really good. The service, however, was not that great. I felt rushed with my order. I ordered a large drink. They didn’t have any large lids. I got attitude about that. As far as I am concern and as food as my was, it will be the last time I ever go there for my food.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite for my dad and I. He had the breakfast burrito with sausage and I ordered a cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla was nothing special; cheese was gooey, tortilla was soft and it was a decent size meal. It’s annoying trying to eat a burrito without unraveling and the ingredients start falling out. The potatoes were not warm, not enough cheese and sausage in the burrito but the salsa made up for all that. The place is casual and they have a wide selection of food items to choose from. Menudo is only served Saturday and Sunday. The parking lot gets crazy from traffic heading out to the Main Street, College Boulevard, so be careful when backing out. Service was good as well. Nice cashier lady who didn’t charge me for extra hot sauce.

This place used to be a real gem but not anymore. They served me my carne asada fries with cold cheese and forgot the guacamole when I clearly asked for EVERYTHING. They also charge 25¢ per extra hot sauce. Fries were decent

I’ve been here maybe a dozen times within a 4 year span since working in the area. The shrimp and carne asada dishes I have tried were pretty good. However this place is overpriced and on top of that they nickel and dime you to death. You are charged extra for example: $ 1 for using a credit card, $ 1 – 2 for drink refills, and extra for additional salsa also.

This is my first time going here at this restaurant. I thought I was going to be impressed by the stars that this restaurant has. I ordered carne asada fries with everything and add-on shrimp(extra) When I got the order I had already left to eat it at work and I noticed it only had sour cream and cheese with the fries and shrimp. I told her everything, meaning EVERYTHING + sour cream + cheese + the shrimp that I paid extra for. So, it wasn’t as satisfying and flavorful as I thought it would be. Maybe next time I’ll come here again and try to explain to her what every thing really means. other than that, I am honestly a little disppointed. But, everyone makes mistakes. As far as customer service, she was a little rude and doesn’t have any enthusiasm in her voice. Sounds like she has bit of an attitude.

Awesome deal on my little girls burrito, and she loved it. Very clean place, and the service was very friendly. Rice and sour cream kids burrito for under 3 dollars! What a great deal. We will definitely be making this a regular stop !

Only giving 2stars Just because mi family stills loves this place Honestly I stop going kus the food is No Bueno Cal. Burrito sucks Big time! They used to be good I don’t know what happen el cocinero se canso Or something and every time since I stop going & I go over they have new people what happen? La inche carne toda vieja, old carne– old fries-only thing fresh is the tortilla I’m literally I’m saying the truth if you don’t believe me go and order a Callie burrito… It has lots of fat and dry meat– I’m starving but feel like eww Pewking Oout. Good luck with everything else wonder if I could go back and say can I get my $$ back I just need to know how they mix the sauce and I can make my own Cal burritos.

Gave this place a try. We had the chimichanga. The oil they cooked it with was rancid. Both my husband and I have the same opinion at the same time. We will not be going back to give it a second chance. Most of the time we give it a second chance because anyone can have a bad day. Rancid unacceptable.

I give this place two stars bc the girl was nice. But… the food sucked. We ordered rolled tacos and a torta. The cheese was not melted at all. And the torta fell apart. Wah waaaaah.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Food was okay, but the cashier has no manners at all. This is the 3rd time going there for a breakfast burrito and since the first time the same girl was there. Her personality is awful…

It may seem I’m wasting my time, but trust me, this is much needed. So let me think how I can best describe my experience at this restaurant(if you want to call it that)… Overall, it was terrible. And terrible is putting it nicely. I’m not saying that I am a local genius by any means; but I do live right down the street and tend to enjoy some decent hole-in-the-wall Southern California Mexican food. But the problem is that it wasn’t hole-in-the-wall; it was more like hole-in-your-gut and hole-in-your-pocket. This is the 3rd time I have frequented El Bronco, and it is the 3rd and final time I will go there. And I highly recommend this for anyone else. I should’ve learned my lesson by the 2nd time, but I figured«hey, 3rd time is the charm.» Nope. Not even close. I ordered a run-of-the-mill California burrito. What most Californians consider(given the name) is a staple of our beloved Mexican food joints. The one I ordered was subpar and let me tell you why. First off, I consisted of 3 things: Steak(which was more like smoked beef jerky, sour cream(which I swear was mayonnaise), and cheese(and ohhhh was there lots of it). Second, it cost me $ 8.89 for a burrito and a drink. I can spend that much at chipotle and get higher quality eats. Mind you, there was one in the same shopping center; but I was running short on time and figured this be a «quicker“option. And 3rd? The girl at the front counter was rude and careless. She literally«chucked» my burrito into the bag, dumped some napkins it it, and threw some half-opened salsas on top of it all. All that I’m saying is simply put: El Bronco(across the board) makes terrible food at twice the price of the other guys with extremely terrible and rude workers. Honestly, drive down the street and choose Diego’s, Alberto’s, Eriberto’s, Chipotle(if you’re feeling healthy), Albertaco’s, Raul’s, Filiberto’s, etc. etc. etc. before you even begin to contemplate eating at El Bronco. I hope they close because they are an abomination to the food industry as a whole. Don’t go there; you will regret it.

The food was okay but wayyyy overpriced. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the closest Mexican food place by work, I’d most likely go somewhere else. But, the carne asada fries were pretty good. Service was bleh too. Forgot to mention they charge $ 1 for credit card use and they don’t even disclose it to you. Found out after I got my receipt and saw a sign.
