i Fix Screens

Do not waste your time. Unfortunately I brought ht my phone to «ifixNOTHING» for a cracked iPhone 6 screen. Well before the gentleman dismantled my phone, he forgot to tell me to back up my «iCloud». The reason why I’m here is because i have no idea about «iCloud» or anything of the sort. Long story short, my information wasn’t backed up. After this, my phone would not turn on. Than the gentleman said he could get my phone working but with NO contacts, Photos, NOTHING. Still not working, so he calls someone for help. Dabbles with my phone for a bit, than I have SOMEONE ELSES APPLE ID AND PHONE NUMBER ON MY PHONE (huh?!?). This isn’t good for anyone who owns a business, like myself. Okay so he finally gets it to work but with no contacts or any information. Sadly, I went back a second time for another issue. Fixed the first issue than broke my speakers in my phone. I was mad but, hey what can you do? So he said he’d get the speakers in a couple business days than replace them for free. It is 10 days later, My sound does not work on my phone NOR DO MY speakers. Fan EFFING TASTIC. Immediately filing a grievance with my credit card company. Buyers be warned.

I frantically walked in with a broken (wouldn’t turn on) iPhone five minutes before the store was closing on a Saturday evening. The gentleman was cleaning up to close up shop and was glad to help. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my phone and was willing to fix it on the spot as I waited. I was unable to get it done right there and then but I returned the following afternoon and was pleasantly greeted and remembered. Ten minutes later I was on my way with a perfectly working phone. I looked up competitor prices and I couldn’t find one that was better than what I got from i Fix Screens. Highly recommended.

I received absolutely exceptional service at the Oceanside location. The gentleman who fixed my phone was extremely friendly and efficient (I regret that I didn’t get his name). I cracked my iphone screen to the point that I could no longer use it and I needed the phone for work that evening. Sure enough, it was ready in about an hour. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
