Just picked up sneakers for my children for back to school. They always have their sizes in stock which is a plus. I also get their North Face jackets from here.

bought my son a nike KD2wks ago and the sides were already coming off. brought it back to them and they replaced it no questions asked. staff are courteous & knowledgable. this is the very reason why I like to shop locally first before going to big retail stores.

This place has been here for a dogs age, and has always been a great place to get sneakers. I was in there 2 weeks ago to get my son 2 pairs of Nike sneakers. We not only walked into a fabulous sale but we had the nicest young fella helping us. Highlights; Name brand sneakers and some athletic gear /clothes at decent prices. easier than dealing with the mall. lowlights; The place is usually packed and it is a small shop. They sometimes do not have what is out on display. I have never had a problem shopping here!

We have always had a great experience with the store and shop there several times a year. True, the staff is mostly teenagers, however, we have never had an attitude issue and they were always friendly and helpful, patiently working with us. There are always good deals on many shoes, we recently got Converse low rise for my daughter for 20 bucks! They also sell tons of North Face stuff and it goes on sale too, I spent $ 100 directly at North Face for an Oso hoodie for my daughter only to find out that Incredible had it for 20 bucks less, plus, I could have used a coupon. We have also gotten gift cards from this store for kids friends birthday parties.

Wow well I went here because they are one of the few places that carry the Vibram Five Finger Shoes. I did find the pair and size that work for me. However the service kind of SUCKED. I felt like it was run by teenagers acting like clueless teenagers. I don’t know if it was just bad timing or what. but to stand around chatting with your high school friends and just taking up space in the store… well that just made it a sad dreadful experience. The product knowledge about the Five Finger Shoes from the sales rep was ZERO. I actually answered a customer’s questions and perhaps helped sell one to the dude. When I found the pair of shoes I wanted to try on. I had to go get me a sales rep instead of them asking me for help. Yeah real sorry to break up the high school conversation… cough cough. On a good note their prices were nice. I went to the location in Oceanside but I sure do hope their other locations are more professional. I wanted to buy the shoe there but after thinking about it… for me service is kind of a big deal and it just sucked here. I would of rather given a homeless dude my $ 110 for grub, drugs and alcohol lol… I don’t hold it against this company entirely but you gotta hire and educate people a little better. I plan to stop by a different location. I’ve never bought anything here before so who knows. I will say the girl who did help me was very nice. a bit clueless on product knowledge but that’s not her fault unless they taught her and she forgot. lol

The Feets! Worked here for a number of years in high school — a great locally owned athletic footwear retail chain with locations both in Lawrence(on the border of Cedarhurst) and in Oceanside. I worked at the O’side location. I loved working at the feets and they had great sneaker selection. They actually have great sneaker selection of all types of sneakers from running, to aerobic and tennis, to basketball and hiking, and everything in between! They also carry some basic athletic clothing like socks, sports bras, jerseys and more. Great for the family, stocking up for camp time, and back to school, I highly recommend the Feets. They have competitive pricing and used to offer coupons in the local neighborhood coupon mailers you get delivered to your house(not sure if they still do this type of coupon advertising but they used to!).
