Invitations and Beyond designed the perfect wedding invitation suite for my special day. I am not incredibly creative and therefore not as articulate with my vision as I would like to be. Jared was patient, flexible and helpful. He made beautiful suggestions based on what I described and the outcome was a dream!

I decided to use Invitations and Beyond for my wedding needs after seeing what a beautiful job they did for both family and friends. Debbie and Jessica were wonderful to work with, I absolutely LOVED my invitations Debbie helped me to select and the rest of their work was perfect as well. In addition to the invitations, Jess and Debbie also made/designed a seating chart board, specialty drink signs, hashtag signs, and«in lieu of favor» signs, all of which were exactly what I had in mind.

This past Monday I received a shipment of custom-labeled bottled water that was designed and processed by Invitations and Beyond, and as always the entire process completely surpassed my expectations! I literally contacted them about the order on Thursday afternoon, when I heard from my extremely desperate and now-panicking client that an order of 360 custom bottled waters that she had contracted weeks ago through another supplier was canceled for some very vague reason. I immediately called Jared who most often handles our printing needs, and they were in my client’s hands by Monday morning, with time to spare for their Tuesday morning guest room delivery. Needless to say, I had a very appreciative client which makes it easy to sing the praises of the I&B team for making this happen so seamlessly! As an event planner, my team and I find a lot of ways to utilize this company — even for more unconventional requests — and they always find a way to deliver on our unusual, picky, and almost always last-minute requests. They also make suggestions on how to make what we thought was a great idea even better! We have ordered invitations(of course!), menus, place cards, branded toothpick flags, branded water, specialty signage, oversized checks — you name it — and every time the transaction has been professional and easy. Jared is so quick to respond through email(who has time to call these days?) and when I do pick up the phone, someone is always available to help if Jared isn’t around. I wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else if you need something(anything, trust me!) printed!

If I could give this place one star, I would! RUDELYINGAPATHETIC and just generally NASTY people. Of all the wedding vendors I have met with while shopping around for the perfect ones, Invitations and Beyond was by FAR the worst! At my first appointment I should have known to RUN. The woman I met with seemed incredibly bothered that she had to get out of her seat to help clients. She then proceeded to throw down some books of invitations, saying«Look at these.» She went back and sat down. She gave me no guidance, no help and no advice. Every time I had a question I had to call for her and with sighs and a lot of begrudging she would come over. I was the only person in that office and now I know why! I tried many times to describe what I was looking for but — she couldn’t be bothered. Finally I found a book from a brand I had seen online and asked for it. That’s where I found my invite. She works up the price for us and we say lets book! She then tells me it is TOOLATE and to come back. I asked if her promotion of the month would still be in effect and she said as long as you come before February. Who doesn’t secure a client? The following week I called the business, spoke to someone different and made an appointment. I explained to him who I was, what I needed, etc. There was no problem. When we got there we were met with such hostility! She said it was too late(again) and I would have to come back — but I made an APPOINTMENT. She then called me a procrastinator for waiting a week to come back(sorry, people have jobs) and continued to belittle me «waiting so long» and«leaving it to the last minute.» My wedding was 6 months away and SHE told me this would not be a problem. She also told me that even though there was 2 days left in January she could NOT give me the promotion that SHE promised before February. I walked out. Overall, this is how they acted BEFORE taking any money from me! Imagine, the apathy after. DONOT give your business to this company. It’s like they are doing you some type of favor.
