Izzy’s Upscale Resale

Really glad we stopped by. We came here in hopes of finding a cool vanity to possibly update for my daughters bedroom. Although we didn’t find what we were looking for, I have to say that these people were probably the nicest sales people I have ever met. These guys are not pushy at all. We told them what we were looking for and then the man even starting giving us other ideas on how to create what we wanted. They do offer military discount, which is great. Although we didn’t find the vanity, they do have lots of cool chairs and benches for fun projects. I personally love redoing furniture, so we will deff be back in the future. Also, the lady (who I think is the owner) gave us a free string of Christmas lights. I tried to offer her something in return, but she said no. Like I said, these people are so generous and nice. I definitely recommend this place, not only for their cool inventory, but their awesome staff.

I stumbled upon this shop on my way to another thrift store down the street. I am so glad I stopped! I really loved all the furniture they had. The man working was super nice and friendly. Definitely a great place to find some fun furniture! I will be back!

Lots of interesting items! I was able to find a simple office chair and it was exactly what I needed. They also have some great leather jackets I was eyeing.

I’m looking for things to put on my patio, tables or plant stands. I see they’re selling the table I already have, for $ 49. Wow, I paid $ 9.99 at IKEA and it was brand-​new! Look carefully as I believe this place is overpriced.

Sorry, but nothing here I’d want in my house… everything seemed dated and waaaay over priced. Not at all «upscale», in my opinion. It was bad enough that I told myself, «won’t be coming back here»…and I will usually give a place like this at least another try… but it just isn’t worth my time.

Didn’t smell like old mildew or moth, even that detergent smell that tends to overpower a thrift store. I’ll give it that. As far as upscale goes I wouldn’t really go that far. I wasn’t greeted when I entered, the owner wasn’t too busy either. The only item I found worth purchasing (but didn’t) was a cute patio bar stand and bar stool set. Other than that it’s just an average thrift store among the many.
