Jack in the Box

I believe it’s the manager a young Hispanic male with head phones on he is such a great worker while on drive thru. I get salads and usually the chicken pieces are the worst & very small but when he helped me he made sure y slices were real size !!! Hahaha what a great salad & my what the difference! I hope I can return for an equal amount of satisfaction with every other worker there as well !

The best chain burger restaurant in America, I kid you not. If America were to send a food ambassador to the world’s nations then it will Captain Jack with his buttery jack burger.
My late night meat cravings are quite literally satisfied due to this place. The bun is soft yet stiff enough to hold the awesomeness inside, its perfectly baked. I think the butter that is used to grill the beef patty is infused with some kind of awesome and addictive opioid. You can never get enough of this.

This Jack in the Box always has tasty food. You can tell it has been made to order. I like going here rather than most of the other fast food restaurants nearby. I’ve had problems with most of the other ones on Mission Ave. The worst thing that has happened to me here is that they accidentally put pickles on my kid’s cheeseburger, but that was easily resolved. The rest of the food is always warm and put together neatly, with the right amount of sauce. Those are my biggest pet peeves, especially the sauce. I can’t stand choking down a dry burger. Service here is good as well. I recommend this location for anyone that hasn’t been here.

Love this Jack in the box! They are also very friendly and for the most part my order is always correct!!! YAY

Great food, clean rr and dining area used the new order machine and no complications w my order

The food is always great at this location. Day or night. Always hot & always fresh. On the contrary, customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Probably one of the most unfriendly staffs I’ve ever had help me. I can’t remember ever coming to this restaurant & being greeted with a smile or a friendly hello. They mainly will glare at you & wait for YOU to request help. Makes for a very unpleasant visit as my tolerance level for bad customer service is non existent. Food great, service deplorable! Just a few nights ago I went with my friend, her mother, & her baby daughter. The woman who took our order never greeted us or thanked us. The order was dine in. I actually went back to place an additional order & the same woman didn’t ask if there was anything else I needed. She did stand there with a blank face though. When my second order was ready they placed it next to two delivery boxes located at the checkout counter. I couldn’t even see my order at first because it wasn’t placed on the front counter. The most disgusting & unfriendly service you’d want to have.

Like the new sourdough jack… tastes like a fancy grilled cheese with a piece of meat. Can’t beat the coupon deals too. Oh and noticed the sign that says breakfast served all day. No grumbling cashiers to chastise you for wanting a breakfast burrito at noon and no angry looks if you want that burger at 10am ;-)

This is probably the best jack in box I’ve been to so far because the food is always made fresh and it’s really clean. Not too bad on the service. It’s fast and delicious because they have the self order machine. I always get the tacos here & they’re the best if you’re on a budget! Highly recommend if you’re really hungry and don’t want McDonald’s!

Reviewing fast food places is always tough because they have so many regulations every location should have the same food, wait time, positivity and experience. That is not the case unfortunately. So I decided to step out and acknowledge when a place WOW’s me. This Jack has that. Friendly people, quick accurate meals and a positive smile every time. Food is awesome and they don’t miss a step when I customize orders. The new menu is straight out of a college dorm room wish list High five Jack you little stoner you!

So jelly of San Diego for their nicer Jack in the Boxes, just because headquarters is in San Deigo. Fancybox, this is a smaller location too and they still attention to all the details from nicer light fixtures to color scheme.
I only ordered a jug of milk to cool my burning mouth from the taco place next door, since it wasn’t a complicated order can’t say anything bad. The spicy chicken sandwich that I saw my friend order looked plumper and looked like it had better sourced ingredients, the curly fries were extra delish only crispy fries here.
What really caught my eye is the ordering kiosk they have right when you walk in the door, never saw one of those in LA. Hopefully this technology gets integrated soon. I think it’s a great idea, makes mix-​ups less likely and should speed up the food acquisition process. ;)

If I could give it no stars I would. They always seem to mess up my food even when I specifically tell them what was wrong with it last time. I GOT RAW CHURROS FOR THE THIRD TIME IN A ROW! I had to email their corporate office.

This place is great! The food is typical Jack in the Box, but it’s the service here that really shines. The food comes out fast. The staff here is very friendly. I’ve also seen the manager walking around on a few occasions to make sure everyone is satisfied with their visit… that’s something you would expect at a nicer sit-​down restaurant, not a Jack in the Box! Overall, very impressed and will keep coming back for sure. These guys have the service part of the biz down!

This Jack in the Box is great. They really go out of there way to be nice– it’s like the Starbucks of JBs! I see the manager in the Drive Thru on the reg so I know he is keeping the flow going. I come from the beach so I have to U turn into it but I am going back that way so it works out.
There is alot on the menu and there are always coupons in the mail.

This is the new Jack in the Box they opened up after closing the other one less than a block away on Barnes and Mission.
I kinda miss the old location because it was easy to get there from any direction. The new location is on a one-​way only and people have to flip a u-​turn to get to this place. It can be a hassle or not worth it to others.
They have a new fireplace inside this restaurant, making it very cozy. The design and decorating for this place was tastefully done. You almost can’t believe it’s Jack in the Box!
The service is really slow and they were very busy. A long line began forming soon after I gave my order to the cashier. It took forever to get my order (fries and a diet coke). They only had a woman manning the register, while the rest of the workers were feverishly running around, getting orders ready. The food isn’t made until they are ordered so it’s good to know that my food hasn’t been sitting around forever under a heat lamp.
A new thing they’ve added is giving you a card with a number to place on the table. The employee will bring out your food to you. It’s a nice touch. They also have a bunch of sauces you can help yourself to: Ranch, taco sauce, ketchup, and BBQ.
I’ve had their pomegranate smoothie in the past and boy was it delicious! I almost didn’t want to split it with my friend!
You can eat there if you want breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a snack!
