MiraCosta College Cafeteria

The food here is pretty expensive and is lower quality than at other college cafeterias. But hey, its a community college and is the only food available if you didn’t bring a lunch, so no big deal.

Well, this place could be cleaner but you know it’s a community college cafeteria. The food is not amazing but actually really good. I usually order the cheeseburger for 4.75 and I love it!

I spend a lot of time at MiraCosta, and I always go here for food… and I figure it’s time somebody reviewed it!
I used to work at a cafeteria at UCSD. So I know how cafeterias go… they can really suck. haha.
But this cafeteria really hits it out of the park. It’s probably the best pizza that I have had at any cafeteria in San Diego (yeah i’ve wandered around and checked them out… don’t ask why, just trust me. this is good). The burgers are big and juicy. The breakfast burritos, are decent. Their club sandwich is HUGE and so good. It’s a 3 level sandwich (think a healthy looking big mac). The cooks and workers here are extremely friendly and love to joke with you.
This cafeteria gets my approval!
