The work done by Moorco has a one year warrantee. Before the year was up, I had trouble with the unit. They diligently worked on the unit and repaired at no cost to me. It is still working beautifully.

Very disappointed in their customer service and their poor responsiveness to our needs. We’ve been waiting two weeks for a repairman to come out and it will be 3 weeks before one will come. Patients have had to be rescheduled because it was over 90 degrees in the office, because water accumulation in the unit had shut it down. They are unable to come out when the office is closed on Fridays, which means more lost revenue and inconvenience to patients for rescheduling while they do the work during office hours.

I used Moorco for both my home and business, totaling 3 units. At first the units appeared to cool the space, but within five years, they are not doing an adequate job. I have them serviced regularly, even switched companies to service and they say that the units are working fine. They don’t cool my business at all– and my home a/c chugs along all day for inadequate cooling as well. When I replace my units, I would definitely find another company. Not happy at all.

Excellent service Excellent company! We just moved here a talked to a lot of companies for bids to get new furnace and AC. these guys were the best bid and had the best service! Love them.

Called the company to have a couple of heaters looked at. The tech came out evaluated the problems and gave some quotes/options. Called the office back(the quote was reasonable) and the technician came out with the required parts. After a couple of hours he had both heaters upgraded and working great. Excellent work, professional and polite. We’ll be using them again for the a/c servicing.

Very unprofessional company. Sales rep shows up 15 minutes late with the excuse that he got lost and doesn’t use GPS. Secondly, the sales rep didn’t come prepared with brochures, or literature. Took a few notes and said he would have to have an electrician come out to look at the space then he could work on a quote. 3 days later the sales rep called me to let me know he gave my number to their in house electrician. 5 days goes by before I get a call from the electrician. In the mean time I had already gotten two other quotes and had a 10k system installed. Boy did Moorco loose out. I would STAYAWAY from Moorco!
