Im pretty upset. For New Years Eve 2015 my mom decided to buy me a dress and vest with totaled about $ 300. Unfortunately, neither fit me so I returned them and was told I could not put it back on my moms credit card so I took the store credit. I had an event that I needed a dress for so I went to NEXT to find them closed in the middle of the day… I was confused. So I tried again the next day but again they were closed. I thought maybe they were on vacation or something since it is the summer. The next week I decided to go back and I see not only were they still closed but the entire store was gutted and cleaned out!!! No signs that said closing soon or anything! Now here I am stuck with a paper that says $ 300 worth nothing! So pissed! They better just be renovating… P. S. I tried calling them a million times and not one answer! And their voicemail isn’t set up –__–

Let me start by saying this… The clothes are super cute and unique, overpriced, but trendy. The service, however, is inappropriate and uncomfortable.(by the male owner, can’t speak for the other employees) The owner would not stop following my boyfriend and myself around the store. Telling us he is a life coach and giving us inappropriate life advice(about marriage, SEX, and having children) that we did NOT ask for. It was so awkward. He was also constantly telling me that the clothes were sexy on me, while giving me a horoscope reading that I was not interested in hearing. It was uncomfortable and so weird. I wish I stood up for myself and asked him to stop. I am not someone who is normally quiet in a situation like that, but I felt so uncomfortable & just tried to ignore him and laugh it off. I never get to go shopping and it was supposed to be a treat for me. He also told us that he’s having a giant sale and is going to give us a big discount at the end, so the more we buy, the bigger the discount. Boy we sure fell for that. At the end he rung us up and I said something didn’t seem right with the price. He was closing so we looked at the(hand written) receipt outside the store. Wow, he sure ripped us off big time! We ended up spending $ 400, I have never spent that much on clothes in my life, and he gave us one dollar off each item. A 2% discount. Yup you read that right: 2 percent! The guy is a total con artist and clearly he’s really good at it too. Too bad they don’t have an online store — because I won’t be going back in there. Oh, and they don’t accept refunds at all — so no returns AND you can only exchange within 10 days. Wow. Not sure how they stay in business with that policy. I gave 2 stars for the cute clothes and that’s it. I’d stay away — or bring an assertive friend and tell the owner you’re not interested in what he has to say and don’t believe his BS about any fake sales. Trust me :(
