1 star — I agree about the direct patient call-​in number. No one ever calls back even after repeated calls every 30 minutes like was suggested. I’ve asked a few times what I am supposed to do when I go in to labor and am on the way to the hospital and every time I am told to call the number… I’m worried that system is going to be very effective.
2 stars — the front desk staff can be so rude in the 5 unit
5 stars — the staff in the back!!! The nurses, midwives, and coordinators are so awesome! I wish everyone else was on their level.

Just so angry with «24/​hr mid wife on call» hotline. They get back to you waaay later or don’t even get back to you at all when clearly you’re experiencing an emergency. :(I know their busy but 4 days of fevers, nausea, chills and a sudden outbreak of blisters on your body at 37weeks pregnant is a huge issue. Theyll even have the medical assistants call you back and they are no help what so ever. Better off going straight to the ER when anything happens. Please make this system better

I love the front staff from both suites I’ve been in, 5 and 7. Gaby and Marlene have always been helpful, whether its rescheduling an appointment over the phone or while im in the office.
As for the wait, that i can remember, it’s only been about two or three times I’ve encountered a long wait. This is my second pregnancy through them and i absolutely love the staff. I wouldn’t switch to any other dr or office. For the most part I’ve seen midwife Mary Heany, i LOVE her services! i hope that she is back by my due date, but if not i can only how she’s doing well on her medical leave.

This clinic is the best they took care of me with two of my pregnancies the nurses the reception the midwives they’re all very sweet and very helpful I haven’t been there since my last pregnancy cause now they are doing construction on the building and all the gestational diabetic midwifes are at the crouch office but the nurses are still at this clinic been there since my 1^st pregnancy I can’t wait to see the new building and I hope that the gestational diabetic midwifes move back there while I’m still pregnant so I can go back there too lol I love this clinic I have nothing bad to say about this place every one here that’s been here since 2010 are awesome and as for the pediatric clinic on the corner i say go to the bottom of mission where the low income apartments are my dr Laurie. b is awesome been with my kids since they where born and she is just the best.
