I have always been skeptical about buying from places like P.C. Richards, with all the online merchants available. I visited this store after hurricane Sandy in order to try and replace appliances that were damaged. The store manager dealt with us during this time which I thought was a positive reflection of customer service. Not only was the manager patient with us, he was able to calm us in a time of distress and assured that all our concerns would be taken care of. Since that time, I have returned to this location for most of my electronics such as a camera, computer printer, headphones and even a microwave oven. I have always felt that the prices have been very reasonable and the customer service has exceeded my expectations. Thanks P.C. Richards for restoring my faith in family owned businesses.

I have been buying everything from large to small appliances, printer ink, computer necessities… .anything that I need that they carry. .for over ten years. At this location I always dealt with Moshe until he was no longer available, now with Renee. There’s a reason this company has been around for 100+ years. Not only are their prices fair, and sometimes unbeatable, but they are the only company that offers extended service contracts/​warranties that I ALWAYS take; they are that reliable and good (not the typical added rip off charge offered by others that are usually a bigger hassle than they’re worth). Truly remarkable attention to the customer and they expedite service graciously and professionally. I have never been told that I would have to block out a full working day to wait for for a service man when I request an early morning service call.
I not only use them for our personal/​home appliances, but also my business needs, as well. Best Buys may have bigger real estate, but they don’t compare to PC Richard in terms of knowledgeable staff and customer service.

Literally the best PC Richards experience ever. I was helped by Renee, who had us in and out the door in fewer than 15 minutes with the exact items I needed. Have had less than stellar experiences at other locations, so I was well impressed! My new go-​to!

I just bought my ENTIRE kitchen at PC Richard in Oceanside. Met a fella by the name of Mike B. The most knowledgable and the most friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with. No rush, no sales pitch, no BS! Straight forward and so eager to help me with what I needed. If you’re gonna spend money, spend it wisely and go see Mike down in Oceanside. You will thank me and most of all, you will thank Mike.

Awful, they sell refurbished items and they don’t tell you that anywhere. I know this caused I called the manufacture and they thanked me for buying a refurbished oven! Plus they all are pushy to make a sale, makes me feel like I’m going to a used car lot. Never going back and highly recommend going to Sears and if you don’t want to travel go to Home in oceanside!

they know their stuff, if your salesman does not know they will ask someone around who does, there is a expert or two on every thing they sell, the extended warranty is the best in the industry, why go any where else?

I’ve purchased a complete kitchen, 5 computers, 2 a/c’s, 5 TVs, and 2 cameras from Jan Gilbert at PC Richards in Oceanside. It is always a positive experience, both during and after sale.
