Although the entire day was a horrible experience and deserves one star, Royal Rooter’s part in it is a well deserved five. They were very professional and calm despite our frazzled mood and lack of humor. Honestly, we’re usually very pleasant people but some days… In any event, they solved the primary problem quickly and did a good job. Within days, our house was livable.

update. they got it right this time. poor guy came into quite a gross mess. he was very professional about it and come to find out that they did try to call me to let me know the tech was on the way, i just didn’t get the message as they had been given my work number. still, A+ for trying to communicate. he had his work cut out for him he did a great, timely job. thanks royal rooter.

I’ve used Royal Rooter for everything from leaks in walls, leaks under sinks, toilet replacements — even a water heater replacement — and they have always been professional, responsive, friendly and reasonably priced — even for my emergencies! Gerald and Richard are great. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for anything related to plumbing in my home.
