I wish I could remember the name of the man that came out, but he was super. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. Problem was a faulty thermostat. I had just purchased a new one at Lowes. Replaced the old and everything fired up just as I was hoping. Vickie at the office was very friendly. I really only have good things to say about this company. No negatives. This is an easy 5 stars.

My appointment to get the AC fixed was scheduled between 10am — 12pm. The technician arrived at around 1045. I explained what was going on with the AC, he opened the unit & immediately discovered the problem. He had the AC working in 15 minutes. Wow! I was impressed. Thank you!

These guys are great! My ac units at my business (retail store) were not working during this heat wave — I think I am to blame by flipping too many switches) and we were dying in the heat. Another AC/​heating company recommended them, a good sign I think, and they could send someone out this afternoon! Couple of hours later, David came out, took a look, fixed them, hard wired one and we were set to go! No extra fees, no up sells, nice guy, and cold air! Definitely keeping this company in the Rolodex! Thanks!

So first off let me tell you that for the last year in our office when we use the A/​C water rains down from the ceiling like our own little personal office fountain. this last month though it had become a nuance and a small lake .
It had seemed our regular A/​C guy had been stringing us along for quite sometime.
We called a few places and these guys were able to come out the next day and take a look at our A/​C unit and hopefully fix our issue.
David cane out the next day and we showed him were the issue was. BOOM … no longer then 5 – 10 minutes and the problem was fixed. Our little office fountain was no more. David took the time to explain why and how to fix it for the future. He suggested tying the lines together so they drain somewhere other then our front office.
