My Servpro experience was outstanding. They came out immediately and surveyed the damage. Once they were there they walked me through the entire process. They were there daily until all repairs were finished and were in constant communication with me about what to expect next. I felt like they were truly concerned and treated my house with respect. The owner Daniel touched base with me to see how things were progressing. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is unfortunately going through a restoration process.

If I could give no stars I would ! I really don’t know where to start… if i had known what I know now I would have NEVER called them! unprofessional, unorganized, they really don’t care about the customer please go elsewhere I will continue to spread the the word so no one wastes their time in this badly managed company.

I’ll second the review from Michelle in 2012. I don’t even know where to begin, there’s been so many points of failure. Poor communication. Showing up unannounced. Not returning calls. Daniel, the owner, has no interest in seeing that his customers are happy or serviced properly. Poor workmanship, causing delays. What should have been an 8-day dryout and fix, has now entered into week 3. WEEK3. Are you kidding me? My tenant was so frustrated with ServPro she said she would have rather lived with mold then deal with ServPro another day. These guys need schooling in professionalism. I don’t know how they’re still in business. As a property manager, and Realtor, I will be sure to never use ServPro Oceanside again for myself, or any of my clients.

They take advantage of the subcontractors they use so if you don’t want a lien filed against your property I suggest that you do not use them. Very unprofessional and unorganized company.
