Called to ask what was on the menu. Very surprised when we arrived. Staff was so friendly, polite & couldn’t do enough for you. Food was excellent. Staff wanted to know your likes and dislikes and brought out appetizers to try. Will definitely return & let our friends know about it. Lois & Rich.

Went there for lunch with some friends. Had the teriyaki steak bent box. Delish! The box came with a salad, rice(I got the brown rice at no extra charge) and a California roll. For the price($ 7) it couldn’t be beat. Haven’t tried any of the rolls but they sound in accordance with the AYCE price. I’m not going to assume high quality fish for that price. My 2 fave sushi spots are in Long Beach. I won’t be taking any chances with raw fish so I’ll just stick to their lunches here! Lol

This is hands down my go to sushi spot! The food is great(I crave the kani salad on a daily basis), the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I always bring people here when I want sushi, and they end up becoming regular customers themselves. This place blows wok and roll out of the water!!!

My family and I were looking to try an all you can eat sushi restaurant. We all went in with low expectations… When we walked in, it wasn’t crowded and it looked like an average Japanese restaurant. After being seated, the waitress came by immediately and asked for our drink order. When she came back we explained it was our first time there. She was super nice and took her time to explain how to order. You see, the thing is, we thought it would be like a buffet and simple rolls. Nope!!! They have special rolls, appetizers, and regular rolls ALLYOUCANEAT! For a few extra bucks you can get all you can eat sushi/sashimi. The food was absolutely delicious and the portion size was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning.

Found this diamond in the rough after I was dissatisfied with my go to take out sushi place. I’ve been using them for months now and they’ve been great. Food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. Seems like its small and family owned and operated. Open late. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Ying for a few years now. At first, yes the six flags roll was something to rave about. I recently visited and the roll was deep fried in thick batter so it was hard to chew got stuck to my teeth and the roof of my mouth. I couldn’t stomach them all so I picked the meat out and left the shell. Appetizers — the Rockies shrimp is good but basic. Fried shrimp with simulated spicy mayo. The Kani salad is just the crab meat, no salad, with mayo squirted on top. Okay. I ordered ribs that were reheated and the inside was still cold. The spicy anything rolls aren’t spicy at all and none of the rolls taste different from one another. The waitresses! One is very nice; I normally see her. The other, I have no idea what she is saying and brought me the wrong things. I’m sure she means well but has no training. Maybe she’s new. I was only happy with the green tea ice cream until I got a spoon full of freezer burn. Since there’s two other all you can eat places on the same road 3 min drives from one another; save yourself and try another one.

went here with my husband and had a great experience. I’m not as familiar with different kinds of sushi rolls and the woman suggested a few popular ones that were amazing We started with miso soup and then chose the option of all you can eat. We ended up ordering about 3 rolls each. We enjoyed a bottle peach flavored sake that was a bit sweet but very tasty. My favorite was the six flags roll and my partner loved the spider roll. The rolls were hand made and took maybe 5 – 8 minutes after we placed the orders. We loved our experience and plan on returning here in the future.

Ordered four rolls and it took 45 minutes for it to come out. Ordered a second round of two rolls… It has been 35 minutes and it is still has yet to come out. Sushi was okay. Wouldn’t come back again.

This is the best AYCE sushi I’ve ever had. For only 17.99 you get a diverse AYCE menu with a large selection of amazing special rolls and kitchen selections; it’s truly amazing. It’s hard to keep myself from coming here all the time. All servers are excellent and always friendly. They even keep the water coming which is very important to me. Raw fish is always fresh and delicious. I have stuffed my stomach here countless times, and never once have gotten sick. Seriously, I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re a sushi addict like myself. Xmas Roll, Oyster tempura Roll, and American Dream are my personal favorites.

Terrible serving attitude, especially a server named Cyndi who keeps the cold face the whole time serving us. It limits 2 hours for a meal, we ordered twice and it took more than half hour each to get it done. Really really bad, no recommending. If only I could give 0 star.

Just moved to the area and decided to check out a local spot. Ying Sushi did not disappoint! The Sushi was excellent. We ordered the broccoli and chicken, Rocket Roll and a mango shrimp roll. Everything was delicious but the Rocket Roll was especially tasty. Betty one of the servers(not ours) provided excellent customer service. In the absence of our waitress we asked her about an error on our bill. Not only did she correct it but she then went above and beyond and gave us a ice cream on the house. Her exceptional customer service and attentiveness was what made me give them 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

I had high hopes for this AYCE sushi restaurant because of the stellar reviews. I ordered a roll that had spicy lobster in it and tasted heavily of wasabi. I do not eat wasabi because I don’t like the taste. When I asked the server if it contained wasabi, she said it didn’t(but wasabi has a very distinct taste). Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit nauseous, not even finishing my second roll. The sushi wasn’t fresh at all and they loaded both rolls with tempura flakes inside. Fortunately, my server was very sweet and came to check on me a lot. I won’t be returning.

So this place thinks it’s sneaky. Every roll to make it more filling they insert cheap tempura flakes into everything. They also have most of there rolls with a tempura item. Which they can fry cheap quality shrimp and make the roll look full or bigger but really had nothing in it. I ordered the shrimp shu mai steamed it was barely warm on outside and still cold on inside. I ordered a spicy tuna and like never before the roll had barely any tuna but it did have tempura flakes inside. And all the rolls are smaller then sty any other location. The reason why I gave a two and not a one is that the service wasn’t bad and we ordered an ice cream for our three year old and were ready to pay for it but they didn’t charge is extra. So we tipped them good. We will not be coming back here again.

«All you can eat sushi» is all I had to hear to try this place. I had the Philadelphia roll, ninja roll, shrimp tempura roll, and some mango rolls. All rolls were pretty fresh and tasted good. I also had the vegetable fried rice which was decent but nothing to brag about. For appetizers I had the vegetable dumplings which were disgusting. For dessert I had red bean and vanilla ice cream which was delicious. Food was pleasant for the most part. Now the service is where it goes downhill. Very slow service, and people that came after us got their food before us. I’m pretty sure our waitress forgot to put our order in, because she came to our table and made that(oops I forgot face). She then went to the kitchen. Later came back with one roll and apologized for the wait. We later got our rolls in a timely manner. We only had one piece of napkin at our table, I had to get up and get more for my table. Our waitress was always in a rush so it seemed. The service was ridiculously terrible and it was a slow Wednesday evening. I doubt I will ever come back here, such a shame because it truly has potential. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The décor is nice, but the sushi is sub par. I went to Ying’s for lunch at the recommendation of my aunt. I ordered an Alaska roll and a spicy salmon roll. The lunch special also came with salad and miso soup. The vegetables were about as fresh as you could ask for if they had been out from the night before. But that’s okay for a lunch special. The dressing, more akin to a french dressing than a ginger dressing, is what made the salad inedible. Even the unfortunate salad and overly salty miso soup would have been forgivable if the sushi was decent. Unfortunately that was not the case. The salmon in the Alaska roll did not taste fresh. The avocado had quite a few brown spots. But, hey, it made for a more colorful roll. The spicy salmon was one of the worst rolls I’ve ever had. It came with scallions(which, first of all, it shouldn’t, and second, I don’t eat them), so I sent it back. They waitress denied that there were scallions in the roll, despite them peeking through the top. When they remade the roll, they didn’t chop it, which demonstrated laziness. I wouldn’t go back here. There are so many sushi places in the area, so no great loss.

Had the Udon Tempura soup this time. Delicious! Rocket Roll and Spicy mango Shrimp roll and more. Almost everything is a winner. Betty is a doll! Leave room for some red bean or green tea ice cream.

All you can eat sushi! I’ve come here a few times to pig out on fresh sushi. They charge for extra sauce and extra lemons for your water, but the food is always good and the waitresses friendly and attentive. I always come here late and they never rush us out or to pay. I love the seats in the floor(I have no clue what they’re called!).

Went a second and third time — food is consistently good and presentation is incredibly nice for an All-You-Can-Eat sushi place. Definitely try the VOLCANOROLL Read my previous review for more details
