269 West is pretty darn awesome. The atmosphere is the epitome of ambiance, and the staff only enhance that ambiance with their hospitality and kindness.
Great wine and great beer, and the food is even better.
If you have a chance, don’t miss out on the homemade goulash.

Matthew is awesome. He has a variety of wine, but I was impressed with how often he rotates all of his draft brews and the lengths he goes to for uniqueness. For being in a strip mall (which I don’t prefer), then interior and ambiance was very nice and an open flow. He also has some pretty cool events like painting/​drinking for the ladies while the gents can watch sports. If you’re in the area, definitely give it a shot!

This place is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work. The atmosphere is just right, the aroma set the mode perfect. I live right across the street and at least every Friday evening after work I stop in, chat it up with the owner Matt and have me a glass of wine and their famous New York steak that his dad makes, it’s to die for. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience something different. It’s mainly a wine and beer lounge so don’t come expecting hard liquor. But you’ll never get disappointed, the crowd starts coming in around 10pm and go in till 2, but happy hour is from around 4 – 8. Check this place out.

269 West Lounge was a wonderful first experience! Loved the décor, it was clean, great service and food was excellent! I’ll definitely be back! And another perk is they do a Wine & Canvas painting class once a month. I can’t wait to do that :)

Bartender never told me his name or ask mine. Food smelt great but wouldn’t know, wasn’t offered a menu or asked if I was hungry. Not going to beg to spend my money. Sad scene in Ocoee when this flys as a Great Place…

It was quiet here on a Wed night but the food was delicious. Bartender gave me good wine recommendations. The Buffalo Chicken flatbread was tasty. Next time I’d really like to try one of the German food selections.

We were planning just to get an appetizer and a couple of drinks, but decided to try the German food — so glad we did!
The shrimp/​crab dip was delicious — although I wish they had veggies available for dipping :-)
Bratwurst and sauerkraut were delicious, and my husband’s Wiener Schnitzel was very tender and tasty. Portions were generous — we had enough to take home some leftovers for my daughter!
Service was wonderful, and the whole place was extremely clean and very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Super place! Great buffalo flatbread. Great shrimp crab dip. Great bartender! He’ll cater to just about any dish u wish given the menu. As a note — my glass was finished but wasn’t interested in a whole glass — bartender topped me off w just a few sips to wash down the drink. Super thoughtful! Definitely go here. Wine is my suggestion!!!

I just had mahi mahi with German potato salad. It was amazing. I usually just came in for great craft beer but made it a point to have an entrée tonight. Everything was incredible.

Mahi was wonderful and cheesecake was uniquely delicious! 269 is very clean and has a modern, minimalist feel. Owner is very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Great selection of wine and beers. Very clean and comfortable seating. The beers on draft were carbonated perfectly and very cold. The weekend crowd is upscale and ready to dance. Overall great atmosphere that I will surely visit again.
