Beef ‘n’ Dogs

So I am from Chicago and crave a good Italian Beef Sandwich, if you are from Chicago you know what I mean, an Itailian Beef Sandwich w/​sausage combo, well seasoned beef sliced thin and then put back in its own Au Jus. The sandwich is then fully dipped into the Au Jus (bread and all) and finally topped off with jardinière (a mixture of spicy peppers and celary and simmored to perfection). I have not found even a tolerable one outside of Chicago that I would call decent. Imagine my surprise when I went to the Food Court in the West Oaks Mall in Ocoee and found by far the best Italian Beef Sandwich outside of my beloved Windy City. It was juicy, tasty, spicy and most of all… sloppy (look up proper Italian Beef Sandwich eating techniques before diving in :)). The only downside is that the person making the sandwich, possibly the owner is a White Sox Fan, I guess we can’t all be perfect! I will definately be going to the Food Court at the West Oaks Mall to eat on a regular basis and I can’t believe I am saying it let alone writing it.
