Book Rack

Love this store! It’s very large with lots of books I often have a hard time finding in other stores. Expensive sometimes since it’s Chapters but its certainly worth the walk due to to large number of books available.

Super cute used bookstore. There are books everywhere and there is something for everyone. Prices are really reasonable. If you bring in used books to sell then you get a portion of the sales price towards your own purchases.

Located in the old town part of Ocoee, this is a pretty average used bookstore. For such a small space there sure is a lot of books — and I believe there may be more hidden gems and goodies in the boxes piled on the ground than on the shelves actually! I am all for scavenging through books — but you would need several hours just to make a dent in this collection.
I found a few items that I was interested in — and others that I may snag on a return visit, but some of the collection seems very dated and could use some fine tuning. There is a HUGE collection of romance novels that took up way too much of the prime shelf real estate. The books are decently organized (somewhat grouped), but expect to do some digging and to knock a few stacks over. For those looking for older, hardcover classics — they are behind the check-​out area.
The owner mentioned she was trying to sell the place, and if not, might have to close up by the end of October, so – there may be some big sales coming in a few weeks! Current prices are about 50% of normal retail price.

I’ve been coming here some time now & I absolutely love it here! The owner, Jenny, is very sweet, kind, & wonderful to talk to. The store offers various titles, authors, genres, new/​used books, & you can also order books.
The store has lots of different sales going on such as BOGO Children’s books or Non-​Fiction. Set up an account to receive store creidt on your book purchases. You will receive 25% of the book amount onto your account. Then when you purchase books, you only pay 50% of your total as the other 50% comes from your account.
It sounds confusing, but just ask for my information when doing so. I highly reccomend this little hidden gem to everyone. You never know what you may find in this marvelous store.

If you like to just wander through books at random then you will enjoy this little, used book store. The books are placed within general sections i.e. romance, new arrivals, science fiction, children’s, biographies etc but that is as organized as it gets. Within each section the titles and authors are random except maybe for some of the more popular sections like romance. Besides the over packed shelves the place is busting at the gills with boxes of unsorted books.
It’s in a cute little section of downtown Ocoee located on a brick street adding to the ambiance. The owner is very friendly and will help you find a book if she thinks she has it in stock. The books are reasonably priced — usually half the cover price. It seems like whenever I stop by I’ll find something that’s been on my reading list — how fun!
