My absolute favorite place for Thai food! I adore everything. Sometimes the curry sauce is a bit watery, a bit more consistency would be nice but honestly even when it’s below my expectations it’s still delicious – I just might need to add some coconut milk at home. Lunch deals are the best, you get so much food! Some favorites: Spring rolls are insanely good. Crispy and fried to perfection. Crab Rangoon is also a must have – it’s got curry in it! My favorite soup is the Tom Kha Gai. I love to add some rice to it also. Chicken Red Curry is my go to entrée, but I also adore the Pad Thai! Seriously – you can’t go wrong!!!

Excellent food!!! We eat in and take out often. Take out is so quick and always hot! They are friendly, fast and get the spice just right. I love«medium» spice. Our stand out favorites are Pad Thai with chicken or shrimp, Amazing chicken, and chicken fried rice. We have tried lots of other dishes and love them all. Presentation is beautiful. They don’t take Amex. This is one of my favorite restaurants and the prices are very good.

So good. This is the place we go for Thai, not only because it’s convenient, but also because the food is great. We’ve been going here for years and as long as they stay open we will keep going. The menu is pretty complete and the prices are decent. Only thing… I wish they were open on Sundays.

Great Thai food. The amazing tofu is a spicy peanut curry sauce and pure deliciousness. The egg rolls(particularly the sauce) are to die for! Very good vegan options!

This place was phenomenal. The dishes we had were all very good. Great flavors and the perfect amount of spices. The presentation of the food was pleasing to the eyes. We had the following: — Pad Se-ew with chicken, sauteed with rice noodles, carrots, and broccoli — pretty good; although it was cooked slightly different than I’ve had, it was still a good dish — Chicken fried rice, I was in the mood for fried rice, and it satisfied my craving — Pad thai(hot) with chicken; this was very good, I would order it medium spice next time. — Seafood green curry — this was exceptional, perfectly cooked with the right amount of spices. — Crispy duck — lightly deep fried boneless duck, topped with soong thai brown sauce, served on a bedded of steamed mixed vegetables. — I loved the crispiness of the duck and it was still moist. I don’t know if I like it with the sauce, because I really love the simplicity of the flavor of the crispy duck by itself. — Nam Sod(steamed ground pork mixed with lime juice, onion, bell peppers, ginger, and peanuts on a bedded of iceberg lettuce) This was my first time having this appetizer, it was very good, the lime juice made it slightly tart which blended well with the other ingredients. It was delicious. The staff were all very courteous and friendly, with a great sense of humor. Although the dining area was not very large, and it was packed, it was worth the 30 minute wait. This will be a place I will definitely return to.

If your looking for quality Thai food this is it. Great service, great lunch price, good food. I had the green curry tofu and a Thai iced tea and it was very tasty. I will definitely be going back A.S.A.P. Oh and the atmosphere loved it!

My favorite place in town! The owners and staff give consistently good service. I’ve eaten Thai all over and this is truly the best place. My favorite dish is the duck Curry, Pad Thai, and Prik King if you like ginger.

Probably the best restaurants in Ocoee. If you travel to this area near the Florida Turnpike Turkey Lake plaza, this may be you best choice that closer to you. We don’t have much time to eat. We told our waitress ahead. We put our order in and we only waited less than 10 minutes for our food. Each lunch special come with soup and spring roll as appetizer. Our pre-meal items is great. I have ordered the sautéed grouper with veggies. I included Thai hot in the order. The grouper is about 4 pieces. It also has rice to go with the meal. It is above average but no wow factor. I also order the Thai tea and it is sweet like I wanted. The service is good and we were finished in 30 minutes and give us time back to the destination we need. Overall good experience and nice set up for the restaurant.

I stumbled upon this place while making an errand stop at a neighboring business. I decided to stop by and tasty myself to lunch. Love the ambience. Friendly staff, greeted and sat me right away. Laid-back atmosphere. All the patrons kept to themselves and were mindful of another. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. I’d have given it a perfect rating, but the server never offered to refill my drink, or suggested desert. Plus, they don’t take American Express!!!

The reviews are legit. Very good Thai food. Little pricey but good quality. My wife and I had dumplings(a bit small but very good sauce), papaya salad(really good and no fishy smell due to usually too much fish sauce) the amazing eggplant which is just ridiculous. It’s 4 big pieces of fried eggplant with broccoli with the best sauce. The«Amazing sauce«is like a peanut sauce and they give you plenty. The last dish was chicken pad Thai. Real chicken, no grease. Decent portion. It’s about 7 min from my house. Worth the money. It’s a block down from west oaks mall. Seating inside is not to large but it’s intimate and since we got it to go, it was more impressive since the food wasn’t soggy.

I discovered this place a couple of years ago and upon my first experience this not only became my favorite Tai restaurant but my favorite restaurant. I’ve celebrated birthdays here, had several dates here, and have given tons of referrals. Great food and intimate ambiance. I don’t eat there as much any more because truthfully, when it comes to pad Tai and fried rice there are some equally good places where you get more for you buck. But, I don’t mind going there as a treat, and when I do go I get one of their fish dishes, which can put you out of a couple of Hamilitons since it’s priced at market price, but it’s so good. I recommend this place if you feel okay with spending a little extra money then your average store front Asian restaurant.

Located right on West Colonial Drive in the same plaza as Mattress Firm across from Best Buy in front of West Oak mall is this gem! came in at 5 on MLK Jr day and was craving some Tom Kha soup! I have not had any in a while and was wanting some. I ordered mine spicy although I was a little scared after reading my fellow Unilocalers review. Spicy was not too spicy for me it was purrrrrfect with my soup. I have been on a quest to stop eating things with all the hidden sugars in it and Amy my beautiful waitress assisted me kindly with ordering. So I ordered my soup and shrimp noodles with veges in it. It comes with a salad with peanut dressing and Amy was awesome to tell me it was loaded with sugar. As there was no other alternative I barely dipped my fork in it on the side. My dish of D rice noodles with shrimp and snow peas was super yummy and tasty and very spicy! I may have to dial it back for a dish I admit. Loved it and will be back for sure! Even had lots of leftovers! Thanks Unilocalers for the reviews! The ambience is beautiful and quaint. There are only about 12 tables with a fresh rose on each table. There is also a huge bowl of roses by the door. There is Thailand music playing in the background and the lighting is low and romantic. Restaurant is very clean! Tom Kha soup $ 5 Rice noodles shrimp with snow peas $ 13.95 Value amazing Quality amazing Service on point!!! Ambience amazing! I am a choosy Thai eater and I will be choosing Soong Thai!

My husband and I have been to the restaurant and done take out multiple times. The service is good and the food is consistently tasty. We enjoy the Pad Thai and many of the curries are so yummy. I like that they decorate the plates with orchids. They are closed at some point in the afternoon — tried to take my dad here for a late lunch when he was visiting and didn’t realize they weren’t open!

I’ve been to many Thai restaurants but this is my favorite. I order the red curry and the Tom Kha Gai soup. The soup is more sour and spicier than other places make it to but I really like it! Usually at Thai restaurants they serve you a pitifully sized portion of rice with your curry. Not this place! They give you more than enough! Warning, ‘Thai hot’ is ‘Thai hot’. My gf and I absolutely love spicy food, however, our first trip here ended with us in tears and regretting that we had been born with tastebuds. We are very glad we built up enough courage to return(several times) and enjoy the tasty meals this place has to offer. Their sampler is always a great way to start your meal while a couple of their hits would be their pad thai and pad se-ew; just very flavorful dishes. A major hit or miss though can be their service. One night you’d receive the perfect amount of attention/refills while other nights would leave you a bit frustrated and puzzled. In my opinion it has not been bad enough to warrant a complaint or prevent us from returning, but it does prevent me from giving it 5 stars. Ps. Try their coconut ice cream

I love this place. The atmosphere is warm and intimate and the food is excellent. I usually get the pad Thai or Panang Curry. The spring rolls are really good too. My 3&4 year old love it as well. It is one of the better priced Thai restaurants in the area and definitely the best quality food.

Well well well … Where do I start! Service: I believe this is a family owned restaurant, very friendly staff, suggested a good seafood plate from the menu for my wife which she loved, and checked back and forth throughout the meal to see if everything was ok. Food/main course meal: shrimp fried rice was great so was the chicken pad Thai. Seafood pad Thai, which was part of their dinner specialty menu, was AMAZING. As I commented on one of my pictures«if I had 100 pounds worth of pad Thai in front of me, I would have DEVOUREDITALL» Drinks: jasmine tea was good, unsweet so you have to add your own sugar or maybe ask for honey as a natural sweetener. Girls ended up with — I believe — Thai ice tea which was creamy and very sweet. According to them it was«pretty good» and«awesome». Desert: for $ 5.95, we ended up with a fried banana desert; some sort of dough deep fried with banana inside it, covered with honey and sesame seeds, it made the perfect finish to an awesome dinner night.

SOONGTHAI! Where have you been all my life??? First visit here and I wanna go back already! This place is located across from the West Oaks Mall, it’s a small restaurant but it feels like you’re at someone’s home and the waitresses are really nice and sweet. They were attentive and whatever requests we had they were able to do and did it with no hesitation. Food wise, I’m so glad I came with my family because I really wanted to try everything. Yes I may have came here super hungry, but going with a group is always better :) So here’s what we ordered: –Panang chicken: BOMBDOTCOM! Veggies were cooked perfectly and still had a crunch to them and the broth is what sold me. Can’t describe but if you know you love curry then get this! –Beef fried rice & Tofu fried rice: YES. Just do it! –Chu Shee Snapper: Perfectly fried whole fish, you can ask with the fish bones in or not. We also asked for the sauce to be on the side rather than drenched on the fish. The sauce, the freaking sauce. –Amazing eggplant: AMAZING is right! Perfectly fried and crispy with the yummiest peanut sauce –Grouper(I forget the name, but it was on the special menu): something about the curry sauce was so addicting! –Crispy Duck: Ok, I’m not a huge fan of duck but this literally tasted like chicken. SOOO good! So as you can see, I really LOVED every dish. Everything was really really good and I can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes!
