They finally admitted everyone in the office from the dentist to the receptionist recalled saying I would not be charged, so they are OK. However if all them were aware of the situation, they probably should have done something without having to make six phones calls, don’t you think?

I was a patient of Dr. Bitner when I was young. I literally went to him from the time I had teeth until I got my braces off. My teeth are still straight, if that’s any indication of the job he did (20 years later).
It’s not that I have really awesome memories of going to the dentist — like any child, I dreaded going there, but getting a prize out of the ‘treasure chest’ made it a little better. There were some awkward memories of teeth being pulled, but overall he was a pretty decent dentist. I’m kind of baffled he’s still practicing, to be honest, since I thought he retired! Good to hear he’s still in business.
