We bought a 2000 Traverse LTZ here in 2011. We felt the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle through Ewald’s was done respectfully, honestly and with courtesy. I have taken my Traverse in a couple times to the service department, once for a factory recall repair and once for a wiring issue. Both times I had a great experience and was satisfied with the customer service.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ here in late May. Staff bent over backwards to find just the vehicle we were looking for in a very short time frame. Delivery process was great. They took the time to demonstrate and explain every switch and system in detail and followed up by phone to make sure we were satisfied with the experience and field any questions that may have arisen in the first few days of driving the vehicle. Overall, an excellent experience. We highly recommend this dealership.
