In Phase Electric

On Christmas Day, half the electricity in our house went out. I thought it might be the circuit breaker’s. I just set them, reset them, nothing worked. Our furnace didn’t work, freezer, and some outlets. I called In-​phase electric and they agreed to send someone out right away. First they said, a technician would call me. Shortly afterward I got a call from Sean. I described the problem and he thought it could be my meter. He told me to go outside and see what my meter said. I was not aware that meters could say anything but technology had passed me by and they can! I described what I saw on my meter. Sean suggested I go to the city first. HE called the city and told him what he thought my problem was. The neutral wire on my meter had gone bad! The city fixed it for free! Sean could have charged whatever he wanted on that cold Christmas Day to get my furnace running. Instead, he chose the honest thing to do. You don’t see that very much anymore. From now on In-​phase electric, and Sean, Will always be my go to electric service!

I initially contacted In Phase Electric through their website to get an estimate on my some repair work at my house in Oconomowoc. Jim, one of their electricians came out the next day to give me a quote. All other companies I contacted seemed uninterested in taking on my projects or wanted to make me wait forever.
I ended up hiring In Phase and my expectations were exceeded. Jim was very honest, answered all my questions, and the cost of the project (which was a tough one) was very fair.
In Phase Electric is the only electrical contractor I will ever call for repairs on my home again. As an owner of a local business, they will be getting plenty of referrals from me. Expect to see their vans for awhile, they’re definitely not going anywhere. I’m glad I’m not their competition!
