This is a family owned farm business, established in 1875. I sampled some of their specialty made-​in-​Wisconsin cheese while visiting the area. They had set up a table in Sendik’s grocery store in Brookfield. Visit their website to locate where you can purchase their delicious cheese products. This sounds like an excellent gift idea! If you didn’t know… Wisconsin is known as the dairy state! Mooo!
