I truely can’t believe that I’m the first to review this place. When my SUV was attacked by a large buck last year, everyone and I mean everyone, told me to go to Pesicek’s in Oconomowoc. The entire side of my truck was damaged and needed to be replaced.
They did a great job. Beautiful work. Very thorough. My husband used to work in a garage for his dad, knows a lot of people who work with cars, and his first comment was, «These people live for these cars. It’s not just a job for them, it’s a passion.» And it is evident that the people who work at Pesicek’s aren’t really working. They are doing what they love.
My real compliment, though, for Pesicek’s is for what they do that is above and beyond. First, I am not a car person. My husband is, but they dealt with me mostly and didn’t treat me like a lady who doesn’t know anything. Second, I had some repairs done to my SUV at the dealership about a month before the deer ran into me. Some electrical work with the door and heated seat. It turned out that the dealership mechanics had put a couple of things back together incorrectly, a wire was being hit by the tire way underneath and was causing a short. Pesicek’s noted it for me, but fixed it even though it wasn’t their issue. Third, my SUV was spotless when I got it back from them. Inside and out, they cleaned it. Forthly, they gave me a flower when I picked it up, too. I’m a sucker for a pretty flower! Fifth, the itemized bill was extremely thorough yet super easy to understand. No hidden fees. All accounted for and priced right. And finally, I just received a letter from Pesicek’s saying that it’s been a year since I’ve had that work done and, although their work carries a comprehensive lifetime warranty, they wanted me to take a few minutes to check over my SUV and make sure everything is okay. If any problems had resurfaced, they wanted to make sure to get them taken care of for me right away. Who does that? And how awesome is that? Btw, I didn’t find any problems…
