I very highly recommend Mike and his company for any pest issues you may have! I hired him to take care of an ant problem which he did but HE found I had a horrendous mouse problem! He was so knowledgeable and promised to stop the mouse problem not just keep coming back to bait. He went above and beyond to take care of our mouse issue and we are still mouse free! I will never use anyone else! What excellent customer service and work!

As someone who works with a lot of contractors in my field, customer service has become VERY important and can often set someone miles apart from the competition. I was super impressed with not only the owner, Mike’s attentiveness and personable nature, but also his knowledge of his business. He spent the time necessary to hear our concerns and address them directly. He makes himself very available, and he knows his stuff! We recently had some work started by him, so the final result remains to be seen, but he has given us every reason to have full confidence in his abilities. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Mike and Pro Active Pest Solutions.
