Requested a bid on a major remodeling project. Estimator was grumpy and seemed a little confused. He took some measurements, complained about a heat duct (which we told him we would take care of), and informed us that we would receive an estimate in two weeks. It has been several months and we have received neither a bid nor the basic courtesy of a «no bid» response. Give these guys a pass and go with the smaller local firms unless you are a multi-​millionaire.
