Rented a pontoon boat from Tinus for a week on Lake Beulah. When we returned the boat at the dock we met a gentleman who quickly slammed the boat up on the boat trailer and said everything was good. He started to untie the boat lines and hand them to us when we informed them that they belonged on the boat. Before he left we asked him again to go over the boat with us and he again said everything was fine. A week later we get a charge on our credit card for damage to the prop and missing boat lines. REALLY!!! They don’t have a check list and then they charge you for damages after they tell you things are fine? I would not rent a boat from them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Pewaukee, WI
Bought a boat ladder and asked if they could come to the house and install it since I am not very handy. The following response from the service manager is no joke. He said:
«My people would have to go out and probably get in the water and they would be mad at me for that»
Get in the water? Be mad?!?1 Are you kidding??? This is a boat store! Everything about this place screams water and he said his technicians would be mad if they had to get wet. WOW.
