Working with insurance wasn’t handled correctly on their end. I gave them advanced notice about my insurance, and confirming with them that my insurance would be accepted. Later after visits, it was not and I had to pay out of pocket.

Chiropractors here do their job, and aren’t pushy about coming back when I can’t afford it, which is nice. My husband came here with a curved spine, and the DC didn’t catch it at all. He ended up going in for an MRI and eventually had physical therapy that really helped. Staff is very unprofessional and in need of additional training in customer service skills.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Omick for a couple years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive time and time again. The entire staff is extremely nice and friendly. They make a point of remembering your name when you come in. Since I have a slight scoliosis and I am active physically, I need to get adjusted every so often, but they definitely don’t try to get you on a regimented schedule. Unlike some chiropractic practices, Traub Chiropractic makes a point of trying to get you better so that you don’t NEED to come visit them all of the time. I love that they also have onsite massage available, as well. I have recommended Traub Chiropractic to friends already and would recommend them again.
