Received a gift card for Christmas from this dealership so we had to shop there. Unfortunately. The sales staff was nice but when we tried to checkout there was a line at the only register they had open. So we ask one of the several employees that were standing around if they could open the other checkout. The snotty girl forced to do it was not pleased with us. She rudely checked us out without saying hello or thank you.

These guys continue to go above and beyond for me! First I ran out of gas on I-​94 and they sent a tech out to fill me up, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Thanks Cowboy!!! Then recently I was at the dealership for an event and the service department had closed. Cowboy asked me how my bike was and I said I thought the headlight might be off center somehow and maybe they could take a look at it soon. He told me to get off the bike, rode it back to the service area, did a test on the headlight angle, fixed it to the proper angle, then rode it back out to me. Took 10 minutes. And he was off the clock. ??? Thanks again, Cowboy!!! Love you guys. Keep it up! (Did I mention that I didn’t even buy my bike from them??). I will next time, though. They’ve earned it.

worst sales staff !!! went in pre-​approved for bike. they made me wait forever… then insulted me… then wouldn’t negotiate the price!!! we walked away !!! we will give our business to someone who respects us !!!

A friend of mine ordered touch up paint for his bike they called told him it was in he drove out of his way to pick up paint upon arrival they explained they couldn’t find it supposedly one person was looking for it after a short time my friend said things happen call me if you find I will come back. He was upset so I approach the counter after he left. To follow up and see if we can find my friends paint. parts guy Brandon said he just left i said i know. Then he told me we’re looking for it. I said how can you be looking for it when your stand in front of me. I said my friend drove here out of his way to pick it up he said we’re looking for it. I said it seems to me failure on your part should warrant more than one person looking for it. He is coming back with a smartass attitude we’re looking for IT… WELL .LOL I was in the process about to order $ 500 worth of parts can anybody guess where I will not be getting parts from. I will drive a hundred miles to another dealer before I ever stop here again. Hopefully they see this review and get the message. Only reason I left one star it because it wouldn’t allow me to leave NO stars

Hands down, the best dealership in the area. Great people all the way around. From Sales to Service to Motorclothes — you can’t do better.
