The daughter has picked up the habit of sitting in the car running the radio while the engine isn’t running. This bad habit drained the battery on a number of occasions. On most of the occasions, Daddy, has come to the rescue with the jumper cables. Well, this has happened so many times the battery is just not holding a charge.
On this last dead battery run I told her, «within the next week go to Advanced Auto Parts. Tell them you want a Gold battery and you need it installed.»
Ashley indicated she arrived, told them what her dad said. They called up the correct battery for her 2004 Altima and without any upsaleing, got her the needed battery. Asked her to pull the car up to the sidewalk, and 25-​minutes later, she drove off with a new, installed, battery.
I was very impressed that they treated an 18 year old with respect. 5-​Stars!

Talk about fantastic service when it comes to John. NOT. We were checking out with our ONE item, and instead of checking us out he decides to get on the phone for 5 minutes. Quality service!

I recently went to store #9 001, and asked the knowledgeable staff on a good finish/​polish I can put on my black rims for my vehicle. Steve S. said that Mother’s Mag & Aluminum Polish would be the best fit for the job. I bought the product for $ 10, and went home to finish detailing my vehicle. I did a test of the product on one spot and it ate away the black finish on my rim down to the steel base. I tried to return the product after using it for that one spot and was told tough luck, that since it was opened they couldnt give a refund. The lack of knowledge of products being sold at the establishment and customer service proved enough for me not to return along with permanent damage to my rim. Thank you for your time and I hope return/​refund policy is reviewed for future customers.
If you value your vehicle, be careful. The staff is not knowledgeable and dont have any sort of drive or work ethic. I am in the beginning stages in restoring a vehicle, and I know I wont go near that store for any further assistance or products.
