You can take the people out of the Lab Corp, but you can’t take the Lab Corp out of the people. What a lovely new office building they have to house the same ol same ol attitude and BS. Why is it always lab places that employ the most gossipy front desk people who are LOUD and continue to tell their personal story to a coworker before asking for a patient’s information or giving any feedback about the wait time? Does Lab Corp offer this specific training? Because it seems this type of attitude is mandatory for hire. Just because the door says Johns Hopkins, don’t get it twisted. If you’ve been to Lab Corp, you know what to expect.
