they will straight up rob you off your money by using lease term solutions which charges $ 225 non-​refundable fee as an option for $ 1000 security deposit. they never explained to us our options instead they just took $ 225 non-​refundable fee for nothing. I would have preferred to put down a $ 1000 refundable security deposit if only they had explained to us. worst management. Lease term solutions is a scam.
