Tight N Up Barber Shop

Great cut by Ian. I was the only white guy there so if that bothers you go somewhere else. Didn’t seem to bother them.

Worse haircut my son ever received there today. they basically scalped a section right in the front, not personable at all. Had to take to the other hair cut place in the shopping center. Thanks, right before xmas pictures. never will come here again. Worst of all the guy thought it was ok… zero stars…

I walked in and asked for a low fade, the guy says sure I can do that so I proceed to sit in his chair. Then he starts at my hair and doesn’t seem like he knows what he Is doing at all. I had also asked for a beard trim and came out with a almost near bleeding neck because his trimmers were too sharp and digging in my skin. Then he finished my hair and neglected to even show me the haircut cause it was all jacked up and not even blended. Needless to say worst experience I have ever had. I am a licensed barber and know how a haircut and beard trim is supposed to look and what he gave me wasn’t even close!!! I will not be back again. Oh and I forgot to add they say on the door they take cards but this barber after he was done my services told me «cash only there is a atm across the street if you don’t have cash» like wtf where is the professionalism these days.

Only place I’ll go to get my haircut here TIP: Black barbers for black people hair white barber for white people hair.

Inconsistent and have nothing to do and nowhere to go as time management and respect of the customer’s time is nonexistent! Also, why do barbers on Maryland not follow your natural hairline! My poor boys look like Lebron sometimes. SMH.

Son’s hair cut was straight just found it rude for another customer or friend to talk to him distracting him the entire time while he should be getting to know a potential regular customer

They Fd up my hair. I asked for a high and tight. I said a little off the side and BLEND high. He shaved my sides and back and totally UNEVEN all around the back. And he spend 20 minutes digging into my scalp as if that is the way to cut close. For two weeks I had bumps on the back of my head.

New to the area and heard about this shop and was told about a guy name Anthony. I walked in and asked about him and he greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the shop. The shop was clean and the atmosphere was upstanding and the music and tv was at a great volume level. I explained to him what I was looking for and he explained to me that he could achieve that look and did just that. Great price and professional service. Would I go back. Yes. in fact I plan to go back every two weeks and looking for Mr. Anthony Harris.
