This has been open for a while, but I’ve never tried it. I stopped in today and apparently they didn’t turn on the yogurt dispensers early enough, everything was melted. What a horribly run business. I’ll never go back.

Twice now I have tried to go to Tutti Frutti when it should have been opened and both times it has been closed. Even the hours listed on the door showed it should have been open. That’s unacceptable!

Note: This is about their bubble tea only. It’s room temperature at best. The taro flavor in the tea was very dilute. And the bubbles — I don’t know what they were. I was expecting tapioca pearls; I dunno what these things were. I’ve had lots of bubble tea in the past; this was really bad.

This Tutti Frutti location is in close proximity to my home, it is within walking distance from the park I take my daughter to. I like to stop by to get froyo after she plays at the playground. I wish this location had the variety of flavors and toppings that other locations have. My favorite flavor here is banana and my daughter likes orange creamsicle. I normally top with cherries and cheesecake. Of course the kid likes whatever is bright and colorful.

I went here when I was on vacation in Maryland. I was really excited to see they had soy flavors. I got the soy peanut butter frozen yogurt. It tasted sour! It was definitely bad. My boyfriend said some of the candy toppings he had were extremely stale. When I mentioned that the yogurt was sour, they offered me another yogurt for free, but I am allergic to milk, so the bad soy was currently the only option. Instead of giving me a refund, he said to come back tomorrow for a free frozen yogurt. I did get sick that night. I emailed the company, and I got an email saying to go back to this Tutti Frutti the next day for a free cup of a fresh batch of soy yogurt. This Tutti Frutti was 30 minutes from where I was staying, and I didn’t feel like rearranging my plans to go back there. I emailed the company again and they never responded. I plan to boycott this chain completely.

Visited earlier today and the yogurt was almost flavorless … it was essentially just semi-frozen water, wet and cold. I had two flavors and cold just barely taste either and couldn’t really distinguish between the two. On top of that, the one employee there wasn’t particularly friendly. I won’t be back.

Hmmm… I just realized that this place is pretty ghetto. What really stood or to me was the bottle of Hershey’s syrup that required me to touch the top of it to use it. Then the whip cream can that required me to get intimate with it when I used it. This is pretty unsanitary. Imagine how many people will touch these two things during the life of a bottle. Otherwise the place is pretty clean. Also, every topping I put on my mediocre yogurt was stale. Just not good. Drive around the corner to Waugh Chapel for better fare.

I live across the street from this place, and I have two young children. This is a great alternative to the ice cream at Dunkin Donuts(Baskin Robbins). I truly love the FroYo concept. Word of advice though, folks… lots and lots of calories can add up at this place if you’re not careful. It’s not ice cream, but the calorie content still adds up with the toppings(taking my personal trainer hat off now). The place is CLEAN. The staff is friendly. The toppings are kept full and all the machines work with a great variety. I’m so so happy this place is here. My kids THANKYOU too!

I might be biased because I really love ice cream, but I think this place is different from the other yogurt places in the area. Their selections are always working and varied. I’v been greeted every time I’ve come in. The place is clean. I also think the prices seem to be a bit cheaper that some other yogurt places.

I unexpectedly happened upon this place on opening day. I have been to several other frozen yogurt chains and there are a few things that differentiate this place from the others. The serving cups are huge. I like the larger size so I can separate the flavors. The original flavor is very tart just the way it should be. They will soon have yogurt offerings that are both dairy and vegan friendly which is great, because so many of my friends are allergic and typically have to skip some of the other yogurt shops. It’s not so much fun eating yogurt in front of your yogurt-less friends. The staff provided ample samples,(hey that rhymes) and were helpful and friendly. I briefly spoke to the manager onsite and he mentioned that they would be swapping out flavors regularly and that they plan to do lots of holiday and seasonal type flavors(too bad autumn has passed, because gingerbread sounds delicious!). They also have several types of fruit boba, two kinds of mochi and brownies. I made a few suggestions to the manager to get some pound cake, hot fudge, pop tart pieces and sour cherries and he seemed totally receptive. We will see! So far, five stars for customer service and great tasting yogurt.
