Every time I use their services, there are amounts that are excluded that my insurance says I am not responsible for. CPL continues to bill me and make collection calls until I send them the EOB and then they back off, until the next time when they do it again. This has happened too many times for it to be a simple mistake. I think that is their standard business practice, to bill for amounts you don’t owe, and then try to intimidate you into paying it. I won’t be using them again if I can avoid it.
