I have tried so hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt… First problem: the drive-thru. I don’t know who designed this parking lot/drive through, but it is the most asinine design ever.(I’ve actually talked to DD about this — they apologized and said they would try to do something about it, but…) In the morning, the line usually spills out onto the main highway, and once you’re IN the drive thru– there’s no getting out. You’re stuck. Terrible drive-thru, but if you go inside(even when it’s dead) the service is even slower. Second problem: the speed. This place seems to always have at least five or more people working behind the counter, yet they never seem to be doing anything except walking back and forth. It brings to mind a new version of the old adage: «How many people do you need to make my coffee?» Maybe the manager is indifferent or ineffective, but it seems like efficiency is something sorely lacking at this location… which is sad, because they don’t really make up for it in any other area(their product is equal, if not worse, than most DDs, and the shop itself is not very welcoming or clean). I used to go here when I was running late and needed my coffee — but it usually just made me even later than if I had made my own coffee at home and read the paper. The saddest thing about this review is that I really WANT to like this location. It’s convenient for me and the people that work there are friendly(even though they’re slow and inefficient). I hope they turn things around, but it’s been a while and this isn’t the first time I’ve complained(and I know I’m not alone), so I’m not holding my breath. Too bad.

I’ve waited a long time to write this review because I HATE leaving negative reviews, but I’m beyond aggravated. In November, I went through the drive-thru to get an iced coffee. The girl handed me the iced coffee without the lid on properly and it spilled all over the inside of my brand new BMW — which is leased so I can’t have it messed up. She didn’t even offer napkins. I had to ask(and yes, she saw it happen). We called Dunkin corporate and they kept saying they’d have the owner contact us. We had to call 4 times before he contacted. He emailed saying«sorry about that». Sorry about that?! That’s it?! I had to spend a ton of money having the car detailed because I couldn’t get out all of the stickiness. We used to go there every morning for breakfast — and it sucked a lot of the time(bagels not toasted, coffees tasted awful, etc.), but being from New England, we’re pretty in love with Dunkin and this place is almost across the street from where we live. We haven’t gone back since — and we won’t. Terrible owner. Terrible service.

Their snickerdoodle crossiant donut was made with a different dough than everywhere else. It was a sad version of the regular ones, dry, spongey, and missing the filling.

WORSTDUNKINDONUTSINTHEWORLD!!! I have tried to be open minded about this location because it’s close to home. But I’m done. If this location is a franchise then the Dunkin Donut people should pull their agreement. This store is doing a disservice to their brand. Waiting 10 minutes for coffee is ridiculous. They have no selection of donuts just empty baskets where I assume there once were donuts, lord knows how long ago. I went this morning and ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel on a plain bagel from a woman, who obviously was doing me a favor by taking my order, I was told they didn’t have any plain bagels. I’m done, finished with this store and with the employees general lack of concern other than complaining to each other about how hard their job is and how long it is until their break or they get off work. If it were possible I would give a negative score because one star is way too much.

This was the most horrible dunkin I have every been too we ordered our food I got a bacon egg cheese croissant and my boyfriend got 2 plain bagels after we paid and sat down a lady behind the counter started yelling at the people sitting down saying who got 2 plain bagels so my boyfriend walked over and said I did and she was so rude she said well we don’t have plain bagels so you’re gonna have to get a different bagel and he told them I don’t really like any other bagels except for plain so can I just get my money back? And they wouldn’t give him his money back they kept trying to give him other bagels he told them he didn’t like. This Dunkin is right next to my work so I will go there occasionally to grab breakfast but every time I go there and I get donuts they put the donuts in my bag and either put them upside down or something to where all the frosting comes off I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to go to a different dunkin than ever go to this one again.

Ive already reviewed this dunkin and I keep coming back in hopes it will be better but it never is. Why do they insist on ruining my donut when they put it in the bag??? The coffee has improved but those donuts make me sad.

By far the most disgusting Dunkin I have EVER seen… and I’ve worked in a few and frequent them also. I will NEVER come back here again… YUK!!!
