Back again for another Christmas time visit with the relatives. Long time fan of Hilton properties and great to stay here on my points. Lots of nice amenities; Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, shower grab bar, adjustable bed mattress settings and shampoo/conditioner bottles that I can read without glasses. Very clean and quite. We stayed here on a weekend fronting the highway but very quite. Complimentary WiFi due to my frequent guest status with Hilton.

This relatively new property is my go-to spot in Odessa. After pulling into your free parking, you’ll be welcomed by manicured landscaping and a stylish lobby, which includes a sitting area and a small restaurant/bar.The guest rooms are very clean, large, include refrigerators, and have flat screen TVs. The sheets are crisp and smooth, not cheap feeling and scratchy like at some hotels. The gym, while basic, is typical for a hotel. As long as you can work out with a set of free weights and an elliptical, you’ll be fine. If you need more advanced equipment, you’re out of luck. The hot breakfast is excellent. If it’s not included in your room rate, don’t fret. It’s still affordable, and if you charge it to your room, you just earned a few more Hilton Honors points.

Nice hotel! The food at te restaurant gave me food poisoning though. Was sick for two solid days after a grilled chic salad. Other than that the employees are top notch and very accommodating.

stayed here for a weeked for a wedding. got a good rate for blocking quite a few rooms. The good: free wifi and remote printing, outside pool, fitness center, and great bar and lounge area. the staff has been nice and accommodating. rooms are nice with a microwave and refrigerator. they also offer a shuttle. not sure on distance but its nice to be able to go to the mall if needed. instead of the usual put your keycard in the door you just hold it up to the sensor. continental breakfast was included but you can pay for an upgrade to a bigger breakfast. The bad: apparently the bartender called in and they closed the bar early which is understandable but it seemed that there was a lack of training with almost everyone i came in contact with. they were friendly though. the pantry area had not been stocked and was quite bare which was a disappointment. there was supposed to be a card in the desk drawer to tell me what password to use for internet. it was not there. asked a housekeeper and she had no clue. ice machine seemed to freeze up after using a couple of times. all in all it was more the lack of knowledge by the hotel employees. it is a great place to stay and in a nice location. Ashley at night is awesome!!!

I’m normally not even a fan of Hilton, but this Garden Inn is very nice. It’s brand new and located right off the main highway that goes between Midland and Odessa, so very convenient. The hotel is clean and and the wifi worked great during my stay. If this place isn’t sold out it’s a good choice.

I travel to the Midland area quite a bit. Normally, we stay at the Hilton in Midland. I LOVE the Hilton. Since I was going to be in Odessa, I decided to check out the Hilton Garden Inn. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a military rate so we booked a stay. The hotel was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The restaurant looked spotless and the room service prices were very very reasonable. Upon entering our room, we were so excited at how spacious it was. It was at least twice the size of the Hilton in Midland, and the bathroom seemed to be almost three times the size of Midland’s Hilton. This should be a 5 star review. It isn’t because of two very big issues. First, the Hilton Garden Inn in Odessa uses sleepnumber beds. I was excited to try this because I see all the commercials. Our bed seemed to be stuck on the brick setting. It wouldn’t adjust to get softer. It was horrible to sleep on. Actually, if we could have gotten to sleep it would have been horrible to sleep on. We had to call the front desk FOUR times because of noise from upstairs. It sounded like people were stomping and running. The first time, the front desk clerk told us it was just a tv. I told him that a tv wouldn’t make running and stomping noises. I really wanted him to come to our room to hear what we were hearing but he wouldn’t. Because of this, I am EXTREMELY sad to give this hotel 3 stars. Sleep is the main reason you stay at a hotel. I really wanted to LOVE this hotel. And I do. But I probably will stick with the Hilton in Midland, as I love their beds and how quiet it is.

I’m always a fan of Hilton Garden Inn’s wherever my travels take me. This property in Odessa is no exception. It has all the imemities you would need including free wi-fi and free printing. They also have a small restaurant and bar in the hotel if you need some re-fueling. This hotel is also conveniently located on the north side of town in a safe, clean area near most of the decent restaurants in Odessa.
