Worst dental place I’ve ever taken my children to. I arrived early as they requested and was still not seen for 2 hrs… no apology, no explanation. The waiting area was dirty and the ladies restroom door handle was broken and did not lock. I think the only recurring patients there are people receiving Medicaid (CHIP). Kids are screaming and running wild (2 boys even got FULLY undressed in the jungle gym area and the staff and the parent did nothing but laugh) No «Doctor» ever introduced themselves to me so I don’t believe they were checked properly. Once they had them in the chair they were done within 15 mins, they made sure I paid and sent us on our way. Overall impression is that its a Medicaid Mill.

Horrible place, they have to do everything 5 or 6 times because they can’t get It done the first time. My daughter is now traumatized to go to the dentist and she used to like it. She had a tooth pulled and they gave her the numbing shot 5 times. That shot is very painful. Then, the Dr. started pulling the tooth out and broke it and left fragments in there. Next, he started digging for the fragments. A few hrs later, my daughter started screaming horribly because the medicine wore off and he was trying to extract it like that… needless to say, I would not recommend this place at all.

Worst experience ever for my child, very impatient nurses. Dentist didn’t even check my kids mouth for more than 30 seconds and said she probably has a cavity. Worse place ever I do not recommend, was good before this oil boom but not no more!!!
