Mark Knox Flowers

Sadly, I will no longer be using Mark Knox Flowers, despite their having been our family’s go-​to florist for virtually all my life. In the past several years, we have noticed a decline in quality alongside an increase in prices, and our recent experience with Mother’s Day flowers was the last straw. I ordered via their website, and this was the first problem. All of the arrangements shown are simply flowers in vases; don’t florists arrange flowers in oasis flower foam anymore? I made a selection and chose a $ 60 price (most of the selections have three price points from which to choose). In addition, there is a $ 7.95 delivery fee and a $ 4.99 «service fee». I have a problem with both of these: there is no delivery point in Odessa that should require $ 7.95 worth of gas or wear and tear on a delivery vehicle, and any «service fee» should be included in the cost of the arrangement. Nevertheless, all of that has tax on top, so the total cost was $ 79 for a $ 60 arrangement.
The flowers were delivered on Saturday, and I received an email confirmation of the delivery.
When I called Mom on Mother’s Day, she thanked me for the flowers, but almost immediately suggested I might not want to use Mark Knox in the future. She stated the flowers were «just not very good quality»…she did, however, say that «they were perking up a little bit today»!!!
So, limited selection, high prices, and poor quality.
Enough said.

Gorgeous arrangements I have received from them. They last a long time. Beautiful quality flowers are used in their arrangements!

I am very happy with this flower shop! They are very reasonably priced compared to some of the other expensive online delivery services. Lady that answered phone was very helpful sweet and pleasant. Same day delivery. Felt personal, more mom and pop not large corp and impersonal. Mom also ordered for my grandmother here too, her flowers where also very pretty and she was happy too! Def recommend:)

Expensive for what you get. Better off with pick up in store than delivery. What’s delivered doesn’t quite measure up to what’s expected.
