4 people walk in the door at 8:30pm. The girl at the counter did not even acknowledge us. She left us standing there for 10 or 12 minutes and then decided to tell us that they were closed. I asked her what time they close and she told me they close at 9:00pm. Nice.

This place is the best of the best. The food is delicious & at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly & they help in anyway they can. I don’t know about you, but that’s important to us here in Odessa! We visit Polos about once or twice every month & they have never given us a reason to say anything bad about them.

Love this place. I used to work here for three years and I have been a stay at home mom now for 4 years. I still visit at least once a week. The Family that owns the place (the Portillo’s) are super sweet and inviting! I can say from personal experience that the kitchen is immaculate! Everything is homemade! My favorite dish is the #11 tacos rancheros! Also ask for Beth to serve you she is an amazing waitress! Half of the place is a regular resturant and the back half is a sports bar area that is still family friendly but offers a great view of any game or fight! They have 7 flat screen TVs in the back alone that they show 3 – 4 different games at a time!

We took about 6 employees to lunch a week ago in Polo’s…With in two hours all ^ were home sick with food poisoning They all missed work the next day. really something special to deal with when we are so busy!!! The common food was chicken!!! For once I ate fish!!! The safty meetings now share that info with the complete staff and customer base!!!

This place is awesome! Polo’s is a family owned restaurant with an authentic menu. The owners are very nice people.
I used to work at the Andrews hwy location before I moved out of Odessa. Their enchiladas are delicious. Their homemade salsa is really good.
This is on my list of places to visit next time I’m in town.
