I’ve only been a couple times but each visit was very positive. Recently I had some broken spokes. They were very nice and fixed it same day. Great place!

Very helpful shop! I don’t feel like they are out to take the customers money. I have a cheap bike and they have helped me in the past with repairs and never once tried to upsell me anything.

Great customer service from these guys. I have a gear ratio I want to change on a small kids bike but with very hard to find parts. These guys went the extra mile to help me exhaust all my options.

Yes, the other reviewers are correct. This is a small shop with a big hearted owner. Every time I go in they are extremely helpful. Not just trying to sell me something but trying to teach me how to fix my own problem. I highly recommend Suncoast Trailside Bicycles

Been coming here since I moved to Tampa in 2008. Not the biggest shop but they will bend over backwards to help you whether it’s for a broken spoke or full on bike order. Right next to the main parking area for the Suncoast Trail too.

This is the kind of bike shop you dream of finding. I recently started riding again after a long hiatus, and on a recent vacation trip to Tampa, I bought a used vintage steel road bike from a private seller, so that I wouldn’t lose riding time while away from home. Of course I fell in love with the bike right away and decided to bring it home with me. But it needed a fair amount of service after sitting unused for about 20 years. I was in Suncoast almost every day(it’s located right off the Suncoast bike trail I rode most days) having the cables adjusted, getting new tires, having the bearings replaced, fine tuning my fit with a new stem and handlebars, and then having the bike prepped for the flight back home to California. If it hadn’t been for the expertise of the Suncoast staff and the fantastic service I received from them, my «buying a vintage bike while on vacation» idea would have become a dumb mistake. This is a serious shop for serious riders, and well worth the short trip up from Tampa.
