This is the worst place EVER. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have certainly not been up to par with one star. The staff is extremely rude, paying for a car port isn’t worth it because people just park in your spot anyway, the garages aren’t big enough to fit trucks, and this place is extremely over-​regulated. No one had lived in our apartment prior to us since this was just built and we walked in and found plaster on the carpet, cabinets, EVERYTHING. There was even caulk glued to the carpet. It was a complete disaster. My AC went out one night (in the summer) and when you call emergency maintenance at night, the answering machine and it says that they want to know about a broken AC right away. What did the maintenance guy tell me? Nope. Gotta wait until tomorrow. What a joke this place is. After the lease is up I’m gone and NEVER returning. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Do not sign a lease here for the sake of your sanity.

Such a joke! The place is half ass done and the staff is incredibly rude with only smartass remarks… Not accommodating and apparently you can get evicted if you pay on the 2^nd of the month… When the lease states that it’s ok to pay on or before the 3^rd. Not to mention the rap music blaring in their office… Gross residents with pets at the pool and fights. Unprofessional. And it forces me to put at least 1 star. Also, I can’t get through to corporate! So what to do now? Pool has been open 4 maybe 5 weeks in the summer… What are we paying for?

This place is a joke! Everything is new and «broken». Sadly they threw this property together quickly to get the oil field money without concern of their residents. When it originally opened the staff was great however due to another apartment complex closing they decided to fire all the great staff and send the most horrible people from the closed property here. They find its okay to just do whatever they chose in the tenants apartments without any given notice, as well as if you have an expired inspection sticker they threaten to tow your vehicle. Also beware they have found it acceptable somehow to make changes in rent price from the original leases. Multiple tenants are having issues now that these rude ladies have come to this complex. I would choose elsewhere to go i.e. The homes across 191 that have been built are much better and especially for the price. If you have other things to do other than babysit your apartment I wouldn’t come here because you will find yourself in paranoia over who will be in there going through your property while away… RUN
