BAD customer service, just made me feel like I was bothering them.
I got a tattoo there a year ago and was promised free touch ups. well, within a month that artist was gone. so today I decided to go in an ask for that touch up. the artist seemed really put off but did tell me to come back at 4 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and was told it would take at least 45 minutes before anyone could get to me! what is this a doctors office?! I had an appointment! having nothing to occupy my time for 45 minutes (not to mention my time is valuable) I left. No one apologized or offered another «appointment» time.
A tattoo is with you for life and may need some maintenance, go somewhere where they will actually take care of you! This place was WAY better back when Carlos was around
